Jaden

I looked back at my empty room. All that was left was my bed and my dresser. But they were all empty. I had packed everything into the moving van and they were off to my new apartment. With Calum. I smiled at the empty room, as a new chapter was beginning. For one last hurrah, I climbed through my window and onto the roof. I hugged my knees as I watched the ocean.

My phone buzzed in my pocket, and I pulled it out to check the notification.

cal: where are you?

jade: guess

cal: not sure... youre not outside with the van.

jade: don't think too hard

After a few minutes, Calum's window opened, and I saw as his head popped out.

"Hey, baby." He said as he climbed out and onto the roof with me.

"Hey." I smiled. Calum sat beside me, and I took his hand, interlocking our fingers together.

"You okay?" He asked.

I nodded, "Yeah, I just wanted to sit out here one last time." I said, deeply inhaling the salty ocean air. I felt Calum's thumb caress my hand, and I felt his eyes on me. I returned his gaze.

"I know you're a little sad, having to move out." He said.

I nodded in agreement. "Yeah. But this is a new chapter, and I'm ready for it."

Luckily, the condo allowed dogs. Even if they didn't, I would still find a way to get Milo to live with us. The movers helped bring our boxes up to the unit, and Calum and I started unpacking. I organized the kitchen and he organized our closet and bathroom. Unpacking was quick because we had no furniture, just our personal belongings. After unpacking, I began to clean and put away the boxes. I set out Milo's food and water bowl, and began wiping down the surfaces and floors.

"All done." Calum said as he walked out of our room and into the living room. He took a seat on the couch as I vacuumed.

After all the cleaning, I joined him on the couch.

"This is a really nice place." I smiled at our unit as my hand rested on Calum's knee.

"What should we break in first?" He smirked at me, leaning into my body and connecting his lips with my neck.

I giggled, "I guess the couch." I said as I climbed onto his lap and straddled him. Calum left a trail of kissed up my neck, leading to my lips. He connected our lips and I could feel his hands roaming my back, down to my bottom. To tease him, I began rolling my hips into his body. I could feel him growing hard in his crotch, and he became eager to unclothe me. Even with the big, wide open windows, we made love shamelessly.

Calum ended up falling asleep on the couch. I took a quick shower and began making dinner. For a quick meal, I made Shepard's pie. Just as I put the dish into the oven to finish cooking, there was a knock at the door. Hesitantly, I went to open it.

"Hey Jaden!" Michael almost yelled as he pulled me into a hug. Ashton and Luke were also there to give me a hug.

"Hey guys, what are you doing here?" I asked, allowing them inside.

"We wanted to see the place. You gave us the address for a reason." Ashton chuckled.

"How did you get in? I didn't buzz you guys." I said, raising an eyebrow.
