I get out of the train and see my mother and father at the station. They embrace me in a hug and we head out of the station.
We catch up on studies and holiday traditions in our car. I don't tell them anything about Draco or Oliver, I don't think they're ready for that roller coaster just yet.
Suddenly my mother asks my dad "Should we tell her?" He looks at her then back at the road.
"Tell me what?" I ask, confused,
"Your mother and I are taking a vacation" my father says still looking at the road ahead
"Yeah, we all are..." I reply with even more confusion
"Yes, but it's just me and your Mother. So we made a discussion to have you spend Christmas with my brother and his family" He tells me.
"What? Mooooom! how is this fair?" I say sulking in my seat.
"This is supposed to be our time" My mother turns and looks at me "Look sweetie, we're almost there so please be nice" I roll my eyes as we pull into the driveway. I take a deep breath and exhale with a smile, it looks fake to me but no one can really tell.
I hop out of the car, grab my bags and walk to the front door, my parents are already inside. I see Cedric coming outside to help me."Hey Jules there's something I need to tell you"
I look at him and keep walking, "Save it Ced, you can tell me inside" I walk up to the door and turn around walking backwards "Also whose car is that in the driveway? I haven't seen it before-"
Suddenly I bump into someone who I think is my uncle and they drop their coat. I kneel to the ground to pick up the coat "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry-" I look up and see the last person I would expect to be in front of me "Oliver?!"
