Chapter 5 - im pissed

"Malfoy" I flinch as draco comes closer to me

"Oh last names now? Ok Diggory, tell me what the hell you were thinking? I thought you said I didn't need to worry about Wood? Then tell me why you just got in detention with him and he was touching you?" He says harshly.

I look down and mutter the password to the Ravenclaw common room.

He follows me into the common room and says, "Well! What the hell Diggory?"

I turn to him and say "This wouldn't have happened if you didn't get beat up or even stuck up for me, Draco!" A couple kids in the common room stare at us, not daring to speak up.

"Excuse me?! You're getting mad at me for sticking up for my girlfriend? They were bullying you-"

"No Draco they weren't. They were just talking, and you don't even know what they were saying." I cut him off he is shocked that I am talking this way

"But neither do you"

"Exactly" I begin "I don't know what they were saying, so I can't be there to decide if they were bullying me, or not." He steps back and looks at the ground then at me "I'll be in my room" I say as I walk up the steps as a couple second years move out of my way.

I look back to see Draco following me "Don't you dare follow me" I say point a finger in his face. I run up the stairs into my dorm, I see Luna upside down on the edge of her bed read a book

"Welcome back" She says sweetly I jump onto my bed and scream into a pillow "Potions went well I'm assuming" she says sarcastically I give her a death stare and plop my face into a pillow

"Why are boys so frickin confusing" I look at Luna and she just shrugs her shoulders then there is a knock on our door "Go away Draco!" I say not moving from my bed. Luna stands up to open the door.

"Hey, I'm not Malfoy, but my dad sent cookies."

I hear a voice say "Come in Ced"

He walks in and sits down on the couch and starts eating one of the lemon cookies his Dad -My uncle- brought him. I sit down and take 2 cookies and hand one to Luna she starts to eat the cookies

"Oliver told me what happened." I roll my eyes "he cares about you, you know?"

I look at him and say "Ced I'm in a relationship"

"Yet you're not smiling, and Draco shoved me out of his way when he left the common room ya know?"

"He did that?" I say softly to Cedric. He nods his head. "Ugh he knows your my cousin so that's going to take longer for me to forgive him"

"Wait what happened" He looks at me with a mixture of confusion and anger. I tell him everything that happened with the 6th years and the argument, just everything.

"Hey just sit with me at lunch we can calm you down everything will be ok Jules"

I smile then look at him "we?"

He looks at the wall "shit"

I push his hand off my knee and stand up, "what do you mean we? What's going on?"

He stands and says "I kinda told Oliver you were going to be joining us for lunch" He shuts his eyes tight expecting me to punch him.

I mean I do, but still "Dude, what the hell" I say hitting him with the first pillow I find.

"He's my best friend. Of course I'm eating lunch with him. You're supposed to be smart, you're in Ravenclaw. I thought you knew."

I stop hitting him and spit on his face.

"You good now?" He says, still closing his eyes.

I try to catch my breath "Yeah, I'm fine now."

Me and Cedric walk to the great hall when someone catches my eye.

Draco.

Once he sees me I quickly look away, and Cedric sees me look away and catches Draco's eyes to what I can assume is giving him a death stare.

I see someone waves to us, it's Oliver.

Cedric grabs my wrist and brings me to the table. Oliver looks at me and smiles. I return the smile.

I sit down and my stomach is getting the same feeling as before - butterflies, but yet there is this feeling - like it's empty.

Cedric looks at me and asks "So Julia," I look up at him "Did you like the quidditch match the other day"

"Yeah, It was good." I reply, looking at Oliver again and he looks at me.

Cedric looks at the both of us and says "I guess Gryffindor has a good captain, right Jules?"

"I suppose" I say, still looking at Oliver.

I see Oliver look behind me then somewhere else.

I turn and see Draco standing over me "Julia" He grabs my wrist and takes me out of the great hall.

"What the hell are you doing Draco?"

"You were flirting with him. I should be asking what the hell you think your doing"

"We were just talking"

"Bull"

"Draco!"

He pulls me closer to him, our faces inches away from each other's suddenly he kisses me

I push away from him "You can't keep acting like this Draco. I'm tired of your shit. I'm going to my dorm"

He grabs my wrist again, this time I pull my arm back and say, "Stop it! I'm done, and don't you dare follow me" I say pointing a finger at him
