Izuku's POV ♣

I invited Kaminari over to our house.
Is it just me or did he look tense? Oh, did I mention that Shoto's coming too? We're using their car actually. Awkwardly, it was... Well... His dad's driving. Pretty awkward.

When we arrived we got out of the car. "Be careful, don't go home past midni-"

"you can't tell me what to do cell provider." Todoroki harshly cut off his father. I could tell his father's trying to be caring but... I sighed, and knocked at our door. Endeavor left, as the door opened, revealing my mother.

"Oh, hi sweetie! You invited your friends over?" She asked, as I nodded in response.

I smiled widely and said,"Yeah! If it's okay, they're gonna have dinner here too."

"Midoriya, you don't need to-" Kaminari was cut off, when I put a finger over his lips.

"You did a lot today. Shoto too. No saying no!" I beamed.

I know Kaminari and Shoto were hungry and tired. Kaminari even needed to ask for permission in person just to be allowed to go here. I think he left his surprisingly moving jacket at home. Probably just part of his quirk.

"Come in." Mom invited. We all stepped inside and sat on the couch. "I'm just gonna get biscuits."

Shoto shot up. "Mrs.Midoriya, you don't need to-"

"oh it's okay. Shoto, was it? I'm sure you're hungry. I'll get some snacks." Mom left and went to the kitchen.

Shoto decided to start a conversation. Surprisingly. If he starts it, it must be important.

"Kaminari, why was your jacket moving a lot?" Shoto-kun asked. 

"I don't really understand science and yada-yada but it had something to do with electricity and rubbing." Kaminari explained.

"It was moving as if it was trying to escape your grasp." Shoto added.

"Exactly! I think it might hate me." Kaminari stated, lifting his hands in the air for dramatic effect.

"Oh, I'm back!" Mom placed the biscuits down the table. "Go on, don't be shy. Take one and bite!" My mom told them. Kaminari went first, followed by Shoto hesitantly grabbing one.

They bit at the same time and then, "mmmmm!!! These are really delicious Mrs.Midoriya!" Complimented Kaminari.

"Sorry if they're a little burnt." Apologized my mom.

"No, it's perfect, Mrs Midoriya!" Kaminari happily took another bite.

"Thank you Mrs.Midoriya." thanked Shoto as he bit the biscuit.

"Oh, sweetie? Can you help me in the kitchen? Please?" Mom asked.

I answered with, "sure mom!" And left with her to the kitchen.

"Son, can you pass me the sauce?" I complied, and handed it to my mom..

"So..." She started. "You got friends now. Didn't know you could do that."

I turned red. "MOM!"

"I'm just kidding! I always knew you could do it!" I groaned and covered my face.

"But still, I can't help but wonder if you payed them to be here-"

"MOM, STOP!"

After my mom prepared the table with the help of me and Kaminari, mom called all of us to the table. "Now, if you won't mind, my friends are gonna come over!" My mom clapped her hands together in joy.

A doorbell was heard, and my mom rushed to the door. "It's them!" She happily exclaimed. She opened the door, and there I see... "Mitsuki! Masaru! It's a pleasure to have you over!"
