Finding justice in vengeance: Villain Bakugou AU

3'rd person's POV♦

Katsuki went to Overhaul, hoping to actually have something to work on. But it took him longer than expected. Let's just say... He didn't want to be revealed just yet.

Overhaul was apparently hiding at the ruins zone, and unlucky for Bakugou, Kirishima and Monoma were there too. "Denki!" Kirishima called. "You're here too! That's great, 'cuz that gives us more advantage." Kirishima said.

"He should've came earlier. The fight's done and he didn't help us one bit. This class is filled with complete idiots. If I knew you all were screw-ups, I would've chose to be in other classes instead."

"Awwww don't be so grumpy Monoma! You know you love us!" Kirishima told Monoma.

A gecko-like villain decided to mindlessly lounge at Bakugou, invisible and ready to attack. Bakugou quickly held the villain's face, smashing him to the ground, before zapping him to (maybe) death.

"That reaction time was insane!" Kirishima complimented.

"We gotta go. We still need to find the other losers." Monoma said, turning his back.

"You guys go ahead." Said Bakugou.

Kirishima replied with, "huh? Why? It isn't manly to leave you here!"

"Don't worry Eiji! I still need to find something. I lost a chicken keychain. It held a sentimental value and I hate to lose it."

Monoma rolled his eyes as Kirishima said, "that's so manly bro! Do you want us to help?"

Monoma furrowed his brows, saying, "what do you mean? I am NOT going to help him find a chicken keychain. You want to help him? Help him alone."

With that, Monoma left. "It's okay Kirishima. Go and follow Monoma, I can handle this." Bakugou said reassuringly.

"Are you sure Denki? You might need help."

"Nah, I'm good. Go ahead, I'll see you later." Said Bakugou.

Kirishima was convinced that Denki (who is actually Bakugou) can do it on his own, so he left to look for Monoma. With nobody left to get in his way, Bakugou deactivated his quirk and went to look for Overhaul. He was at a different building, specifically across the second building to the right.

"I expected you to come look for me. How have you been, Bakugou?"

"I don't know. How's Eri?" Bakugou asked, making Overhaul snicker?

"She's doing great." He said, smiling behind his beak-like mask.

"I believe they sent you here to be of assistance to me?" Overhaul asked.

Bakugou answered with, " yeah. And I expect you to actually give me a job to do. I'm fucking bored."

"Now, now, don't be impatient. I plan on spectating the fight." Said Overhaul, standing.

"Wait, are you planning on getting caught?" Bakugou asked.

"Don't worry. And besides, don't tell me you don't want to see the cause of your death's demise."

"Of course I want to, but it isn't safe. We don't even know if Toga has arrived with Allmight by now." Bakugou said, as he tried to pull Kai by the arm.

"Stop. Don't touch me if you don't want to be disassembled. Just come. It's not like I'll let us get caught or anything." Overhaul said before walking away.

"Come along now, Bakugou. We don't wanna miss this."
