"HEY, HEY, HEY, DAWN WAIT UP!" I look behind me and see Reggie chasing after me, "Woah Woah babe calm down what happened?" "babe?" he smirked, looking me straight in the eye.

I pushed him back, playfully giggling, "I didn't mean it, bAbE" I jokingly said, "what is it that you need, baby boy?" at this point, he was burning up, cheeks bright as strawberries.

"Oh um" he cleared his throat, "I um I- I- I wanted to see if you wanted to skip school with me?" I wasn't expecting that I thought, "oh well I will have to see because I don't-" "please Heaven" he said with the darn cutest puppy eyes, and a frown on his face, "Fine, I'll go"

He practically became a kid in a candy store, jumping up and down, looking at me in awe, which did fill my heart up.

"Hey, Reg?" I said quietly, "Yeah, Heaven?" He stopped jumping, looking at me with concern in his eyes, because of how quickly my tone changed, "is it okay if Willie comes with us?" "oh um, I-I- I was kinda hoping it was just us, but umm, yeah sure" I jumped up, hugged him, mumbling, "thank you" into his ear.

Reggie's pov

Once those words left her mouth, I was kicking myself in my head.

'Why'd did I say that' was all I thought while hugging her. I felt dumb, dumber than Luke, Bobby, and Alex made me feel.

I could smell her delicate fragrance roaming on her neck, it was quite soothing if I'm being honest, it smelt like, peaches, mango, and I honestly couldn't think of what else it smelt like, but all I knew is that it was on the tip of my tongue.

I looked up, realizing I was still hugging her, making me put the biggest goofiest grin on my face.

Looking up further I saw Willie and Alex talking, so I knew I had to do something and that something fast.

Dawn's pov

He quickly pulled me away, turning me a little to the left, "I think it would be better if we just skip with whoever wants to, you know?" I could tell his face drop, which confused me, "oh yeah, that's fine too" I mumbled, loud enough for him to hear me.

"Ready?" "As I'm ever gonna be" I smiled, "let's go, I guess" he nodded.

As we walked, all I could think about was how I crushed him, but I just met him 5 hours ago, does he think I can just leave with him, and alone?

I got snapped out of my thinking "so, what did you and Willie talk about earlier" I looked at him confused because I completely forgot what happened today at lunch, "oh it's okay, you don't have to tell me, you just met me and all" he chuckled quickly and quietly, but when he said that all I could think of was if he could read minds.

As we made it to the band's studio, everyone was already there Luke, Julie, Bobby, Allie, Flynn, even Alex, and Willie, sitting right up on each other, laughing, I could feel hot, warm tears forming in my eyes.

I could feel knots forming in my stomach, "Heaven, are you okay?" I looked back at Reggie, "STOP CALLING ME 'HEAVEN', OKAY?!" I ran into the studio's bathroom, slamming the door shut.

Reggie's thoughts

What. Just. Happened.

Did I do something wrong?

Does she hate me?

All over some stupid little nickname.

I mentally slapped myself.

The one girl I find attractive, Hates me.

I always mess everything up.

My parents, siblings, Her...

Dawn's pov

Right as I yelled at him I regretted everything, little did I realize people were knocking on the door, trying to get in.

I couldn't breathe. I couldn't see, everything around me went black.
