Dawn's pov

"Maybe we could go to the studio?" I shook my head, "we should just catch up with everyone, " Reggie nodded, "sounds good, get changed and hop in the car, " 'okay' I mumbled.

Once I got upstairs, I opened his drawer, only to find lotion and socks, "gross, " I spat out quickly.

Shuffling through the other drawers, I open one that has a black tank top, picking it up, and sliding it on, I grab jean shorts from my duffle bag, quickly putting them on, I make my way outside, into his car.

"Like your top, " Reg said with a smirk, "Oh shut up, you know I look good in it, " I have no clue where the boldness came from, but it came.

He didn't say a word besides starting up the car, "A- anyways where to first?" he shrugged, "its up to you, " I smiled at his response.

"Maybe Julie's house first?" "sure thing, Heaven, " I turned up the radio a little while we sat in comfortable silence.

Once we arrived, I kissed him on the cheek, "be back soon, baby boy, " as I walked out of the car, I could feel my cheeks burning up and my heart filling with butterflies.

I seriously don't know when I became so bold, overnight?

Walking up to Julie's front door, I was a nervous wreck.

She couldn't be mad at me, right?

I knocked on her door, "Hey, Dawn, long time no see, huh?" I giggled, nodding.

She pointed into her house, signaling me to come inside, as I walked inside, I saw Carlos walking around the house, holding up his iPad, laughing in my head.

"What's up?" "oh, I just wanted to thank you again for helping me a couple of weeks ago, " she shook her head, now looking down at the floor, " Dawn, we are best friends, that's why we are here for each other, " I smiled.

"I still wanted to say thank you, you know, " both of us laughing, "Hug?" I nodded.

We stood up quickly, pulling each other into a hug, "thank you, once again, " I could feel her lips curling up.

"Anything new with boys?" I nodded, "oh snap, who?" "I'll tell you about it tomorrow, a spa day?" she nodded, "of course."

"Well, Reggie is waiting for me, at 3 pm?" "yup, see you then, " I nodded, walking out.

Jumping into the car, "welp, " "How'd it go?" I looked over at him, "it went well, we are having a spa day tomorrow, wanna join?"

"Really? Of course, I'll go, " I smirked, playing with the rings on my hands, nervously.

"Studio? The boys are there, " I nodded, a frown forming on my face, "Hey, Hey, Hey, what's wrong?" "just nervous, you know, Alex kinda ruin my two-year relationship, " he nodded, resting his hand on my thigh, "it will be okay, Dawn."

I had so many knots forming my stomach, but this time I couldn't control it, I moaned, quietly, Reggie looked at me, laughing, "Hey! It's not funny Reg, " I said, crossing my arms, "it's your fault anyway, look at your hand!" he smirked, rubbing his thumb on my thigh.

Reggie helped me do a bunch of breathing exercises to help calm me down. As we arrived at the studio, "Ready?" I laughed, "as I'll ever be, " he let go of my thigh, stepping out of the car, "we got this babe, " I nodded, grabbing ahold of his hand.

Reggie's thoughts

I can't believe she is letting me hold her thigh and hold her hand.

Letting me call her babe and having so many nicknames, RELATIONSHIP NICKNAMES FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!

At this point, I don't know what we were, but I pretty sure this is a sign she likes me.

It has to be, right?

Dawn's pov

As we were walking, holding hands, I couldn't help but hold butterflies in my throat. I felt like I was gonna choke if I tried to talk.

"You ready?" I nodded, he opened the door to a surprised Luke, Alex, and Bobby.

"H- Hi?" Luke let out, shaking, shocked that Reggie came back, "Hey!" Reggie said with the biggest smile.

I don't know how Reggie does it, how does he easily forget what people have done, one thing that I wish I could do.

Luke quickly stood up, "Reg, I am so so so sorry, " Reg nodded, while I squeezed his hand.

"I don't even know what to say, How do I say sorry, when I know those words aren't enough, a- a- and how can I ask you to forgive me, when I can't even forgive myself!" I used my thumb to rub the back of Reggie's hand, Luke started talking again, "You have to know that I appreciate our friendship, more than anything, like there is nothing else in this world, and I would do anything to make it up to you. I am truly sorry. I'm also so sorry for making you feel dumb a- and kissing Dawn! We didn't mean too!"

Reggie unhooked his hand from mine, "Bring it in brother!" Luke got up, running into Reggie's arms, holding the hug for a while, until letting go.

"Yeah we are truly sorry, Reg," "it's all good, just if I want anything y'all have to give it to me," we all started laughing.

"Sorry, Dawn," "really that's it, Alex?" Reggie stepped in, "no Reg, it is okay, I'm fine," "no, he can't just act like he didn't ruin your relationship, really Alex? That's all you're gonna say?" I shook my head, "he probably doesn't know what to say, it's fine," Alex shook his head, "she never cared about Willie, so I don't know what you want me to say," he shrugged his shoulders, "Really, Alex? I wasn't even gonna make you apologize, and then you say that, what the hell, dude?"

"Well you never cared about Willie, so," "oh my god, yes I did, I told the kids at school, for crying out loud, that no one cheated, and that we just broke up! I was trying to protect him, because even after what he did to me, I still CARE!" Reggie came over putting his hand around my waist, "Alex just drop it, the girl that you and Willie hurt is forgiving you, and you're trying to make it bigger, why?"

Alex started picking at his hoodie, "I- I don't know, just caught up in the moment, I guess, just like when I called her a 'bitch' I shouldn't have said that, and after all she helped me find new friends on the first day we came down," "there you go Alex!" I laughed, "it's fine, I'm fine, just please don't be like that again, I will always is what I have against you," I said with a smirk on my face.

"Yeah, okay," Alex said, right after we sat down, on the couch, they talked about the new song Luke made, while I sat, hand in hand with Reggie, my head on his shoulder.

"Hey, guys?" "Yeah" they all mumbled, "Wanna have a spa day with the girls and me tomorrow?"
