Hermione

Hermione was giddy after her date, from start to finish Draco was a gentleman, after their picnic they took a stroll and Draco showed her ever constellation that was shining that night

They didn't arrive at the hotel until very early in the morning, they had to go to the ministry and they were rushing

"Granger!" He called out

"One minute! I can't find my bloody shoe" she mumbled the last part

"Just 'Accio' it! We're late!" Draco yelled

Hermione grabbed her wand and 'accio'ed her heels, they landed in front of her and she quickly put them on, fixing herself up for the last time she ran into the small living room

Draco extended his hand and once Hermione took it he apparated them to the ministry

They all but ran to their office, it's been almost a month so they decided to stop calling it 'temporary' they took their seats and began looking through their files, Draco had found a loophole and the duo were trying to exploit it, they worked with motive, all they wanted to do was go home and put this difficult case behind them

"Knock knock," someone said

Hermione looked up and saw the tour guide, rolling her eyes, the guide glared at Hermione but walked to Draco and gave him a cup of coffee

"Draco doesn't drink coffee," Hermione said, not looking up from her file

"Why don't you focus on yourself and leave him alone," Pericia said

"I don't drink coffee," Draco said and extended it to Hermione

Hermione walked around her desk and walked to Draco, taking the cup and taking a sip

"Granger's the one who drinks coffee," Draco said, Pericia was glaring at Hermione who was smirking, Pericia huffed and walked away

"Jealous Granger?" Draco smirked

Hermione walked to his side of the desk and leaned against it, taking a sip she crossed her legs

"No, I just know how prissy you get when someone gets your drink wrong, I don't want to deal with you're whining all day," Hermione said, Draco was playing with her exposed thigh but stopped and glared at her

Hermione laughed and leaned towards him and kissed his forehead

"Okay I was a little jealous" she whispered, she straightened up, walking back to her desk she sat down and continued working

The day was tiring but they were able to make headway, Draco walked Hermione back to her room

"I hate these bloody shoes" Hermione mumbled

"Then why do you still have them?" Draco asked

"I tried to throw them away, Ginny found out and literally looked through the trash, she said that they 'enunciated' my legs," Hermione said, stopping and taking off her shoes

"You're short again" Draco teased

Hermione slapped his arm but continued walking

They arrived at her door and Hermione opened her room, she stepped inside and threw the shoes, she looked at him and tilted her head

"Want to come in?" She asked

Draco bounced on his feet, he shrugged and nodded, he took off his shoes and transfigured his clothing into a pair of sweatpants and a sweater, he sat on the couch and Hermione went into her room and changed into a green silk nightgown, curtesy of Pansy Zabini, and walked back into the living room, Draco's mouth opened and he gawked at her openly

"Like what you see Malfoy?" Hermione smirked

Draco snapped jaw close and turned pink, clearly embarrassed to have been caught

"If it weren't for your three date rule..." Hermione said and let hang in the air before summoning a sweater

"It's chilly" she shrugged when she saw Draco look like a kicked puppy

"Sneaky minx" Draco mumbled, Hermione laughed and grabbed her book, putting her legs on his lap, Draco grabbed his book and they both red in silence
