(3) the call

"h-hello?"

"YOOOOO Y/N!!" nick screeches into his mic. i wince a little because it hurt my ears.

"who let sapnap's girlfriend in here?" i hear a british voice say. i assume its george.

"who let the colour blind britt in here?" i reply. everyone bursts into a fit of laughter.

"i like her" dream states, mid wheeze. i giggle.

"so what are you guys doing?" i say, changing the subject.

"we're currently just watching dream speed run and just chilling" nick replies.

"oh, cool! i hope im not intruding" i say, suddenly getting nervous. i had never been in a call with this many content creators before.

"don't worreeEeeeeyYyY" quackity sings

"i'm still upset that sapnap is cheating on me" karl states. sapnap starts laughing.

"he wishes i was his" i giggle. suddenly sapnap goes silent. i'm about to ask him whats wrong, when i loud voice deafens me.

"YOO I BEAT MY LAST TIME!!!" dream screams.

"AYEEE!"

"POGGG!" everyone screams.

i stay on the call for a couple hours and then work on overdue assignments.

~ time skip to 3 weeks of nick and y/n talking/hanging out (y/n also started to stream a bit with sapnap and the crew, and got a bit of clout ;) ) ~

y/n pov:

i'm scrolling through tiktok, as i get a message from nick.

perfect :)

i quickly get changed into my black sapnap hoodie and baggy jeans. i drive over to nicks apartment and knock on the door. when he opens the door, i look at him with a confused face. he didn't look nervous. in fact, he looked happy?

"hey, erm sorry for dragging you all the way here, i probably could've asked you over text, but i wanted to see your adorable face..." i blush at the compliment and wait for him to continue, "well, clay and george are coming from florida and the uk to stay here for winter break, and well, i was wondering if you would want to stay with us for the 2 weeks?"

"you made me come all this way for that?" i say sarcastically. i walk over to the couch and sit down. "i would love to. but i wouldn't want to intrude..."

"you would never be able to intrude! an besides, you're basically apart of the crew." he winks at me.

"pfft, as if" i roll my eyes. me? apart of the dream team? i wish. "okay, sure" i smile.

"WOOOOO!" nick screams. i wince slightly at the loud noise, and then i'm greeted by nick enveloping me into a hug. it felt so nice. i never wanted to leave.

"you should stay over here tonight, because i'm going to the airport pretty early." at that second, we part from the hug that felt too short.

"oh, okay pog. i'll quickly drive home and pack a bag."

i rush home and pack a bag with a bunch of outfits, toiletries and my gaming laptop and phone. 

i arrive back at nicks house and we chill for a bit and then i decide to order pizza hut for us. while eating our food, i hear nick silently mutter "i really enjoy your company" i put down my pizza and hug nick tightly. "awh, i love your company too." i nuzzle my head into his neck. he smelt like cinnamon with a hint of charcoal, which was convenient, as his trademark was a flame.

 i started feeling exhausted so i decided i would go to bed. "i'm gonna head to bed." i say, finally parting with nick. "okay, i'll head to bed too." nick and i head to the bedroom and i decide to have a shower. once i finish showering, i hop into bed and snuggle into nicks chest. he wraps his arms around my waist and i drift off to sleep, dreaming of what our adventures are going to be like in the next 2 weeks.
