"soobin...i'm a natural at this. can we just go fight that stinky fece and go?" san asked as he destroyed every target in sight, shocking soobin a little.

"yeah, sure. just come up with a good plan." soobin warned.

"trust me, i'm the best at these things." san reassured soobin, which he didn't trust san at all.

"san i swear to jungkook you dense swine!" soobin yelled at san, glaring at him straight in the eyes.

"sorry...i didn't know we'd end up here." san shamefully apologised as he looked around the dungeon.

flashback

"soobin, listen to me. we'll go attack that piece of excretion right in front of him. have you heard, the more obvious, the more secretive?"

"no..? your idea sounds pretty dumb to me. he's definitely gonna lock us up! do you know how much stronger he is than us?" soobin asked, trying to shake some sense into san.

"trust me on this." san said before he dashed away, leaving soobin no choice but to follow him.

"hi, sir." san said as he bowed a perfect 90°.

"don't 'hi' me. say hello." jaehyuk ordered, which sam displayed a fake smile whilst internally cussing jaehyuk out.

"hello, sir." san said with aggression.

"good. and soobin, what brings you here?"

"well-"

"we just have some questions." san cut soobin off.

"and they are?"

"when are we gonna have war? i know it's close to now." san asked politely, as he curved his fingers into an 'ok' sign, signalling soobin to sneak away while san distracted jaehyuk.

"well, i believe it's just a few days from now. so you have to get ready, and serve us." jaehyuk answered as soobin snuck behind jaehyuk's holy chair, preparing to bust it into pieces.

"oh, i see." san said as he winked at soobin, as soobin immediately blew up jaehyuk's chair. jaehyuk was flabbergasted as sam electrocuted jaehyuk, leaving jaehyuk lying on the ground unconscious.

"run." san sternly stated before him and soobin ran out of the empire's back door.

they must've escaped, you think.

"let me go!" san yelled as his arms were harshly slammed together at his back, the same situation going on for soobin.

"no escaping." the guard emotionlessly stated before teleporting them to a dungeon before that could use their powers against the guards.

back to the present

"you let your ego eat you up. swallow your pride and admit you've been a complete dumbass." soobin said as san lowered his head in shame.

"sorry, mr. choi.." san sheepishly muttered as his irises darted left and right, awkwardness leaking out of his body.

"you better be." soobin huffed.

"i mean...we can destroy this door, right? and since we're not tied up, we can find a way to escape." san said.

"these walls and doors are completely power proof." soobin stared at san with annoyance filling his eyes.

"let's just look throughly. maybe we'll find something." san said as he stood up, immediately looking for secret escapes.

soobin just rolled his eyes as he laid on the cold, concrete ground, too stubborn to take action.

"wait, soobin. you said only the walls and door are power proof, not the floor?" san asked, which surprised soobin.

"yeah, but i don't think they're that stupid to forget the floor." soobin said.

"we don't know unless we try!" san said with determination, immediately blowing up the ground while both boys floated in the air.

"wow, they're really dumb." soobin said in astonishment as he stared at the crumbled pieces of the concrete, looking at the mud that was originally underneath the ground.

"let's dig our way out of here." san smirked before he summoned a protective shield around him, preventing him from getting dirty.

"let's go." san said as they created a tunnel. both boys flew through the tunnel effortlessly.

soobin then created a vertical tunnel to get to ground. both boys flew upwards and ended up in an unknown place.

"woah, we got locked up just to escape." sam said as he looked back, seeing the empire calmly standings there.

"what about your friends..?" soobin asked.

"we'll get them later. now, we'll make the war happen faster so jaehyuk could fight while we save them."

"finally, something smart coming out of that dumb mouth of yours."

"fuck you!" san exclaimed.
