21. FLIRTING OR CONFESSING

I stared at Abir who was cuddling and sleeping beside me. He was sleeping like a baby and as I had the habit of waking up five minutes before my alarm went off, I quickly turned off my alarm in order to not wake him up.

I silently stirred on the bed and towards the other side to not face him and melt in his hold. I still didn't have the heart to get up from the bed because it was really comfortable and more over the way his hot breaths were hitting on my back making me feel extremely satisfied.

How badly was going to miss morning like these? I didn't want to think anything like that and again closed my eyes. When the boss is beside you there's no fear of getting late to work.

The next time I woke up from my tiny nap, I felt wet kisses down my back and turned to face the good-looking man who's kissing me.

"Good morning, Reine" his husky voice made my stomach flicker.

A person who nods his head when I greet him is greeting me now. I'm still yet to believe it is not a dream.

"Pitch me" I have to make sure it is not a dream.

"I wish you asked for a kiss."

I pitched myself because asking him is a complete waste of time. It did hurt.

"Morning" I greeted.

"Eh! Are you greeting your boss?" He mocked.

"Don't annoy me early in the morning. Okay."

He tightened his hold on me like I would move backwards on the bed.

"What's this wifey?" He placed a rough kiss on my neck. Now, what happened to something he promised last night.

"I'm getting late to work." I emitted.

"Dare you keep your work as an excuse." He roared worse than the lion in my ears. My poor ear drum.

He snuggled closer to me and made my eyelids widen. Am I getting addicted to his touches? I lazily shook my head to convince myself that I'm not.

Did he fall asleep again? No, I'm not going to tolerate this but I liked it. I'm looking at a new Abir. He wasn't like this before and I don't know what made him change like this.

"So, when are you going to wake up?" I asked.

"Eleven minutes"

He's showing some signs of laziness and I didn't appreciate it.

"You sleep how long you want but I'm going to get up from the bed." I don't know how I'm going to do that. Was he going to leave me? He held me more firm.

"Zip your mouth and stay with me."

"My boss will scold." I was being dramatic.

"I'll scold your boss."

Wow! That sounds interesting. Complaining about boss to temporary husband and about temporary husband to boss. Cool.

"Now, why are you holding me so tight?" I'm not a kid to fall down from the bed.

"I'm protecting you from falling down and breaking your spine. Spinal cord is important." Really for what?

"Every part of the body is." That's how I learnt.

"Hmm..."

Eleven minutes became twenty minutes and he will make that as half an hour. Argh! This man is born to make things hard for me.

"Oye! What's this?" I'm also falling asleep. Shit! I have to go to my university to collect the project samples. I need to use the college library too and forget all that I'm sleeping with him.
