Abir's point of view
I was trying to be normal to Mishti's parents. Her mom was as usual very sweet and kept her conversation with me smooth. I was trying to pretend to be busy till Mishti came from her mini shopping.
I kept on texting her in a weirdest way. I bugged her by sending one letter as a message. "WHEN WILL YOU RETURN" instead of sending that as one message to her, I sent it as two messages even sending the three spaces between the words as one message.
Mon soleil : - I'll block you for sometime.
Come on, there was no one who blocked me. How can she do this? My temper raised up.
I texted Ryan and asked him to text her. I needed her to return home soon. If I knew it was going to take too long for her then I would have joined her for sure.
Arsehole:- She blocked me... Did you both fight or what? Whatever! I'm busy and I can't come as a mediator.
Sending Ryan a 'better not come' I started to speak with Mishti's parents. A few questions indirectly came about whether we're happy together. I answered them in a polished way.
"Happy. As all the couples in the world we both too fight but end it quickly as we keep our relationship clean."
More and more questions popped from her dad. He was almost threatening me for not visiting them like before. I had to promise that I'll visit them with their daughter and then they are also free to come here.
"Mishti, still didn't come?" Her mom questioned.
"She went shopping" to get DIAPERS not for our kid but her Ex-neighbours. Friends could have sounded fine but I'm done waiting for her to save me. I always felt comfortable if she was with me when people got to question me.
I lost my patience and rang to Thomas. I was shocked to hear that she had asked him to block me because there was no way he'll be blocking me without her misleading him. This girl never fails to get on my nerves. I agree she needed peace while shopping but this is cruel.
"Are you fine, Son?" Her mom, sweetly asked.
"I am. I'll be back soon." I excused myself and walked till the exit of the house.
I saw her standing outside the gate and laughing. Seriously! Was she laughing alone? Oh my sweetheart.
Okay! I just mistook things. She was smiling with Rishabh and Thomas. Cooling myself I walked closer to her.
"Happy?" I questioned in a way that only she'll understand. How can she not be happy after irritating me enough?
"Not much. No one would have called their wife who went shopping this many times. When I took one step my phone rang another. Okay out of all this a weirdest text. I'm highly annoyed."
I side hugged her and then gave a smile to Rishabh.
"I freaked out as you were on your own for more than an hour."
"Why did you while you were calling me for every single minute?"
She pulled out her phone from her wallet and showed me the call log. Above fifty-three but lesser than hundred-five.
"See if you attended my call then I wouldn't have called you this many times."
"One hand my money bag and on the other hand the shopping trolley from where can I pick up your call? I'm not a kid. You better stop treating me like a toddler."
I really didn't treat her like that. I was just in between my own fears.
"I don't, Sweetheart. You should have picked up by call by putting down the trolley. Your mistake." I really didn't feel bad for bugging her.
