"ricky don't you think you should listen to nini?" big red questioned, and raised an eyebrow at Ricky. "She said you should stop trying to break her and Ej up, then you should stop?"
"i'm not trying to break them up. but, i am going to hang out with her more." ricky said and red rolled his eyes.
"that's basically the same thing.."
"no, cause I will let her realize by herself that she still have feelings for me. I'm not gonna do anything." ricky told big red, and red shrugged.
"just say ahead of time, if she ends up hating you forever. thats on you." big red said trying to hold in his laugh, "i mean, it was a blessing she even forgave you for breaking her heart on the first place."
"oh shut up." ricky chuckled and playfully hit big red in the shoulder. "see you tomorrow, i have to meet up with nini." he said grabbing his jacket.
"don't do anything stupid!" big red jokingly shouted at the boy before he left his house.

"hey nini!" ricky greeted the girl with a side hug, then quickly sat down. "why are you always at Starbucks." he chuckled.
nini jokingly rolled her eyes, "its a good place to study for exams."
"whatever you say." ricky cooed.
"so why'd you want to meet up, hm?" nini asked, she placed her pencil down and focused her attention on the boy.
"cant hang out with my best friend?"
"just get to the point ricky." nini giggled
"okayyy." he dragged out.
"I know you apologized yesterday for overreacting, but I wanted to apologize for trying to break you and Ej up, it was truly wrong for me to do that in the first place." ricky paused to take a deep breath,
"i was just really hurt, although it was my fault that I lost you in the first place." ricky placed his hand on nini. She looked at it for a few seconds then slowly removed it, nini awkwardly chuckled.
"yeah..thank you for apologizing, I really appreciate it." she brightly smiled.
"how about we do something? we can drive to a mountain watch the sunset?" Ricky asked.
"real cliche, Richard." nini joked. "but sure, we can go. let's use your car."
in the car, it wasn't silent at all. ricky and nini both were talking about random topic non-stop throughout the whole drive, although the fight they had two days ago, they clicked so fast as if nothing happened in the first place.
they arrived at the mountain, ricky parked the car and the two walked up the mountains. they both laid their jackets on the grass and sat down on them. watching the sunset, nini laid her head on ricky's shoulder, and he saw that as a chance to hold her and she didn't remove it away.
