ricky was shocked with her answer, his smile slowly turned into a frown when he realized she wasn't joking. "what? i- why?!"

"im sorry ricky! but it's way to early. i said we should take things slow. you can try asking me later but right now it's a no." nini explained.

"oh," ricky sighed, "i understand, i just thought you wouldn't want me to take another 8 months before asking you out." he said and nini chuckled slightly.

"i wouldn't, but also don't want to be asked out a day later after i just got out of a one year relationship." nini said and ricky let out a small chuckle.

"not to mention, you still like him." ricky said in a stern tone.

"i knew you weren't okay with that." nini rolled her eyes.

"it's just, how can you come to me say you love me and shit but then expect me to be okay with you still liking your ex??"

"ej was okay with it."

"im not ej though, am i?" ricky said harshly.

nini scoffed in annoyance, "are you serious right now? stop making unnecessary arguments because i don't have the time and day to put up with it."

"fine. whatever, I'll see you Tomorrow." ricky said, and nini left his house.

she shrugged, "i don't know, but he never listens to my opinions and the way i see things."

"maybe you should've stayed with Ej?" kourtney suggested.

"and lead him on? i'd rather not." nini says, folding her arms.

"just a suggestion, also. wouldn't really be leading him on if you still have feelings for him."

"i really just want to stop this crappy high school drama. like c'mon we are in college now. we have exams." nini sighs frustratedly.

"if you wanted to stop the drama you would've said yes to ricky asking you out." Kourtney teased.

"shut up." nini chuckled and kourtney laughed along with her, "let's go to class."
