"nini maybe you should see things through ricky's side? I mean, if you and Ej were still dating and he liked someone else would you be okay with that?" kourtney explained, nini sighed and shook her head.
"no i wouldn't."
"then there's your answer. of course ricky wouldn't be okay with you liking someone else. Ej and ricky aren't the same people so they have different opinions on things."
"yeah you're right, I'll go apologize but he has to apologize too!" nini exclaimed.
"definitely. now go!" kourtney said and chuckled.
nini quickly left Kourtney's car, she entered her car and drove to Ricky's house. He opened the door and immediately rolled his eyes in annoyance after finding out who was behind the door. "i know you are mad at me, and it's completely my fault. I'm sorry. i understand why you would be okay with me still liking Ej."
"and I guess I'm sorry for getting so mad." Ricky apologized afterwards.

Months later, everyone was on good terms. ricky finally decided to forgive Ej. Nini and Ej kept to their promise that they will remain friends throughout the whole thing.
Lastly, ricky asked nini out again and this time she said yes. Ej and the rest was completely supportive of their relationship.
