May knocked and patiently waited for a response. From the way things were looking, a simple cough from the other end would be a blessing. It would nearly be twenty four hours since she returned and the only thing her child welcomed were the silent tears she figured she was shedding.

"Shandell!" She gently banged against the dark wooded door. She tried again and again but the third try was interrupted when suddenly, she felt a hand wrap around her mouth. She was pushed against a solid chest as she clawed at the hand, elbowing and pushing against it. "Calm down mama," the voice taunted, "it's only us." She recognized the Irish accent immediately.

The hand moved to her neck raising it to Sean's smirk. "Missed me?" He asked. Her mouth opened to the ground, eyes wide opened. She shivered so much, Nile could almost hear it from how close he stood behind her.

"Where's she?" He questioned. His smirk had disappeared into a frown. "With her husband!" She spat immediately.

On one hand he wanted to end the woman and on the other, he needed her. Shandell loved her mother and would do whatever to ensure her safety. He nodded to himself and faced the door. "You have four seconds!" He yelled. "If you don't come out, I'm ending her life. ONE!"

"No!" May exclaimed.

"TWO!"

"Baby, no matter what you do stay inside!"

"THREE!" By this time, Sean noticed the knob being turned. His smirk reappeared. She knew better.

"FOUR!" And on that very count, the door swung open. Shandell welcomed the visitors with wet skin, covered with a towel, her wet hair, combed to the back. Her face was pale and her throat bobbed as she swallowed her fears hoping for the best since she complied with his demands.

"Shandell go back inside and lock the door," May instructed.

Only when Nile groaned did she realize the way he held her mother. With wide eyes, she watched him frustratedly push her into the nearby closet. She was too scared to yell or even move her gaze from Nile to Sean.

He suspected that and moved her head upwards and towards him so they made eye contact. "Miss me, love?"

Forcefully, he pushed her inside and onto the bed. His infamous smirk reappeared as he hovered her. He noticed how she clenched the towel. Her fear was a turn on for him but the way the tiny drops of water scattered on her luscious skin sent a tingle down his manhood.

Sighing, he grazed his finger across her cheek, moving her wet curls behind her ear. "I've missed you baby." His hand kept moving downwards.

"Sean..."

"Shut up!" He exclaimed. His jaw was tight while his hand rested on her neck, slowly blocking air passage. "Do you have any idea of the trouble you put me through?" By now the passage left was but a thin gap.

"Sean," she choked out. He still wouldn't bulge instead, he moved his head down so their lips touched. "I should kill you now," he stated.

Her eyes rolled to the back of her head and she started choking on spit. "Please," she forced out and just as it began, she felt the grasp he had on her neck lessen. She wheezed and gasped for air while still praying he would disappear.

His lips formed a deep from then he release her neck, climbing off her in the process. Immediately, she rolled off the bed, fell on the floor and paced to the corner. She looked from Sean to Nile who stood at the entrance with his hands crossed, one foot over the other, head cocked to the side but still looking straight at her. His jaw was more pronounced and his brows, scrunched.

"Two and half FUCKING YEARS!" He yelled. Her body shook with with each step he took towards her.

Sean was a psychopath to say the least. His unstable emotions and behaviors coupled with the ammunition he carried instilled fear in everyone. No one could tell how he truly felt about a particular situation. Although, he liked that. It made him have one up over others. It was the feeling he got, that feeling of invincibility, that got him off. What he wanted, he took. And he wanted Shandell.
