Some books are so well written it feels like your in the world that the author created. People always complian that they wanna go in the same adventure as the characters. Well when you read, didn't you go on that adventure with them?
And the way they are described and act. Their sarcasm, their furry, their admiration. You get excited when you see parts of yourself in them. It feels like you know them better than some people you know personally in real life.
Becuase of that, you may develop a "fictional crush" on that character. And it is the most beautiful, aggravating thing in the whole world.
Here is a list of some of my "fictional crushes", not the movie version, the book ones:
Character: Novel:
Edmond- The Count of Monte Cristo
Prince Caspian- The Chronicles of Narnia
Four- Divergent
Xavier Knight- I'm Only Human(Lexten535)
Andrius- Between Shades of Grey
Curzon- Chains
*some of many, the ones that people will recognize
Another quick thought: My friend takes the trian to work and she said she saw cute a guy reading. He finished the book, then he pulled out another one. If I may say that is the most attractive things I have ever heard of!
