It's been nearly a week since the school dance

It's been nearly a week since the school dance. Julie still ignored the ghosts and the band surely lost faith that she would ever join them again. Luke was freaking out, dissolving in self-hatred. He kept saying that he had ruined their only chance to make music again. Alex tried to assure him multiple times that they were all at fault, they all didn't pay attention to the clock and that he shouldn't beat himself up over it. Luke didn't listen and rarely participated in little group activities.

The situation between Luke and Mo was awkward, to say the least. The girl tiptoed around him, afraid of making the whole Julie situation even worse by mentioning their dance. She hated the fact that she was feeling guilty for not keeping track of the time and getting lost in his eyes. The guitarist on the other hand completely ignored it and with that, hardly talked at all. His only topic was Julie, Julie and Julie.

By all means, the rest of the group also didn't like the whole thing but the fact that Luke pretty much ignored all of them if they talked about something else, annoyed them. Life must go on, being sad or angry didn't help the situation.

"Hey Mo?" the girl looked up from her place on the floor, her newest design laying in front of her. "Hm?"

"Have you heard from Willie?" The blonde-haired boy asked nervously, his hands playing with the strap of his black fanny pack, "I haven't heard from him since..." He looked over to Luke, who was sitting on the couch sulking, not daring to say the word.

Her lips were pressed in a thin line and her eyebrows slightly furrowed in thought, then she shook her head, some stray hairs falling from her bun "No, sorry buddy. No Julie, no Leila and no Willie. They've been pretty MIA lately."

"Okay... Uhm, thank you." He had a sad look in his eyes.

Mo tilted her head, looking up at the boy. "You wanna join me?" She requested, patting the wooden floor next to her "I'm working on a new outfit for Reg and you always help me add that little something-something to my ideas."

Alex hesitated, he did love to spend time with the girl and he almost didn't at the moment but they had so many questions to answer. Would Julie join the band again? What was up with Willie? And those jolts? Then he decided to join the girl, it keeps his mind occupied. Sitting down, Alex intertwined his legs. "Show me your ideas."

A couple of hours later, the two just started to cut out Reggie's new jeans and flannel designs for the coming colder months, when Luke poofed in next to them.

"I can't believe her man!" he hit the table, making Mo stop in her movement, the scissors hanging in the air. Alex looked at him with a puzzled expression. "Who's her?"

"Julie! I just tried to talk to her again but she ignored me and only turned the movie louder..."

"You left?" Mo questioned sheepishly, she was so focused on the design at hand.

Luke gave her a cold stare "Yes! Because I'm actually trying to bring this band back together and as I told you before, you're also a part of this band so do something! Maybe a girl to girl talk will help?" His voice got quieter the longer he spoke.
