{Chapter 32}

Harry's POV

The battle started immediately. Whilst the professors got the underage students off the grounds, the older ones protected the entrance of the school to stop any Death Eaters from entering.

Ron, Hermione and I started shooting spells at the Death Eaters when I spot Cora's two close friends, Otis and Holly run out the school.

"Guys, get inside! It's too dangerous for you to be out here!" I shout towards them.

They look at me and shake their heads.

"You're not fighting this battle alone, Harry!" Holly shouts.

"Yeah!" Otis says. "Cora would've wanted us to fight! We're old enough!"

I go to say something but I stop myself and nodded my head at them.

"Just be careful, ok?" I say.

They nod and everyone continues to fight.

After a while, things started to become worst. Half of the school was on fire and destroyed. More Death Eaters started appearing and it felt like we were almost outnumbered. I was starting to worry that we couldn't continue fighting.

I was currently fighting outside the school when I spot more Death Eaters entering the grounds. I was about to shoot a spell when the wind suddenly picked up. Thunder started booming from above us, along with flashes of lightning. Everyone including myself looked around confused as to what was going on. I then see a flash of red light coming from a few feet beside me and I turned my head and gasp.

Cora was standing there. Her powers glowing red which was forming some sort of wave like pattern around her. She glares at the Death Eaters and smirks.

"You thought you could stop me. Well, I'm not backing down."

I smiled as she walks over and stands beside me. She then holds out her hand and looks at me.

"Ready?" She asks.

I nod.

"Ready!"

Cora's POV

Harry and I managed to defeat majority of the Death Eaters outside the school grounds but we knew more were lurking inside. Harry turns to me.

"Cora, I want you to go into the Great Hall. Remus and the others will be there. I need to go sort something out." He says.

I nod.

"Be safe, ok?" He says.

I nod and he gives me a quick hug before running off. I ran through the halls towards the Great Hall when somebody bumped into me, making me jump.

"Cora!"

I looked and and gasp.

"Otis!" I say.

We hug and pulled away and held hands and we began to spin around.

"You're ok!" He says, laughing.

"Of course I'm ok!" I say. "I'm perfectly fine!"

"We all thought you had been possessed and chose the dark side!" He says.

"Oh please. I mean, I pretty much was possessed the first time they took me but this time they just locked my in the cellar but I broke out and now I'm here!" I say.

"I still can't believe you're here!" Otis says.

I giggle and stop spinning around.

"Stop spinning me! You're making me dizzy. Where you heading?"
