Denouement

"Mom, daddy is here. Let's go! " The 7 years old little girl shouted as she excitedly went to his father for a hug.

"Where's grandma?" Taehyung asked as he carried his daughter.

"She's with unnie. she said she can't come with us and mom doesnt want her to be alone." Taehyung nodded. Light started playing with his father's hair while he is patiently looking at the stairs waiting for seungwan. "Why do you kept on giving mommy a flower?" His daughter suddenly asked.

"Flower could symbolize a lot whether it is love, continuity, appreciation, affection, there are a lot. As long as I can, I'll give your mom a flower everyday. Seeing the both of you always overwhelm me, the both of you makes me happy that's why I'll do everything aa a return, you don't know how you changed my life." he said even though he know, his daughter wouldn't understand everything that he said.

After a minute, seungwan came down from the stairs. He smile when she saw her. 'Beautiful as always.' He thought.

They aren't awkward anymore, they've been seeing each other everyday and that explain why. But there is still a think wall on seungwan while taehyung haven't achieve what he truly want.

He wants her. He wants his name of her. If that could happen, then he could be the luckiest and happiest person in the world.

"Dad why do you always leave at night?" Light asked. Taehyung looks at seungwan who is looking at her daughter from the rear mirror.

"Daddy has work also." she excused.

"You work at night?" She asked.

"But sometimes I stay at night right?" Taehyung asked. As much as he wants to live with them, he can't. He respect seungwan and he promise to himself that the day he will only live with them is the day when she let him enter her heart.

"can you stay tonight then?" she asked, pouting.

"Can I?" He whispered asking for seungwan's permission and she just nodded. "I will, baby." He said that made light stand up from her seat.

"Sitdown, you'll hurt yourself." seungwan said.

Taehyung Pov
"Sitdown, you'll hurt yourself." Seungwan said which light followed.

"It's okay mom, if I can be happy later then it's okay to hurt myself now." light said innocently.

"No, don't think about that. Mom won't let you hurt yourself. I'll make sure you're happy." how painful it must have been for her that she's so afraid of hearing that from light. I feel bad that I wasn't able to remove that when I had the chance. I left her when I should have help her heal.

"Daddy will protect the both of you." He look at seungwan, assuring her that he will but she look away. "I won't leave ever again."I said.

That's what I am sure of. I can't imagine life without them now. Even if I can and even if she will ask me to leave, I won't.

"If I can't take pain then why do I deserve happiness?" and right there, light gor me shock. Where is she learning all of this? "I saw that on the book I dont know what she mean." She said.

"I'll buy you books alright? Stop reading those." I said. Light is too young for those, I don't want to expose her on that topic too soon. Im afraid that she'll meet someone exactly how I used to be and I'm also afraid she'll experience what seungwan experienced.

I look at her as she run to her classmates. Light is a smart and cheerful kid. Mrs. Park once told me that seungwan used to be that way when she was young. If seungwan lost the person she used to be then I won't let that happen to light, I won't her see our daughter lose herself.
