Chapter 16

About two months have passed and Gohan and Mirai still have yet to reveal their feelings for the girls. But they have restored their friendships.

Flashback

The guys walk out of the locker room and immediately run from their fangirls.

"Seriously. This shit is getting out of hand." Mirai shouts.

Krillin, the gym teacher, admires the girls' determination and waits to blow the whistle. "Wow! Who knew those three would be the motivation for the girls to run?"

Videl, Lime and Erasa have just stepped out of the locker and see the boys pinned in a corner surrounded by fangirls.

"Your muscles are so toned!!"

"You look so hot in that uniform!!"

"You guys are making me sweat!!"

"I just wanna tear those clothes right off of you!!"

That last comment struck a nerve as all three girls' ki spiked alerting Krillin. "This cant be good." he thought but still doesnt blow the whistle.

They rush the crowd and Videl leaps clean over everyone, landing gracefully in front of the guys.

"Back...." Videl growls, "AWAY!!!!!!!!!!"

All the girls quiver and turn around to see Lime and Erasa giving them Vegeta-like glares. The fangirls scatter quickly as the boys sigh in relief.

Shouyu rushes Erasa, Mirai rushes Lime and Gohan rushes Videl, giving them tight hugs.

"Thank you soooooooooooooooo much." They yell together.

Videl turns red from embarrassment and Lime blushes deeply as well.

Gohan and Mirai noticed the situation and quickly back up.

"Heh. Sorry about that." Mirai says with a blush on his face. Lime blushes back. "Its okay Mirai."

Krillin blows his whistle, "Alright break it up. Since we're in a running mood. 10 laps!! Everyone!"

Gohan glares at Krillin, "Why didnt he blow that damn whistle when we were being chased?" He mumbles.

"Hey Gohan." Videl greets him as he sits down.

"Hey what's up?" Gohan responds smiling.

"Uh...so. You know the homecoming game is next week right?" Videl asks.

"Oh man. I almost forgot. I have to go buy the tickets for me, Goten, mom and dad." Gohan says.

"You really have a hard time remembering things dont you?"

"Eh? Sometimes."

"Well, you know there's the homecoming dance after the game."

"Yeah. I do."

"You going?"

"I dont know. I dont have a date."

"R-really? Even with all those fangirls?"

"I have been turning them down left and right."

"Why?"

"Because the girl I wanted to ask already has a boyfriend. And I'm pretty sure he's her date."

"Oh. Wow. Sorry to hear that."

"Yeah."

"Who is she anyway?" Videl says getting jealous.

"Seriously Videl?"

"Yeah."

"So. That's the game you're playing?"

"What do you mean?"

"So, you're going to act like you don't know who I'm talking about?"

"I seriously dont know."

"Yeah. I guess. If you say so."

"Gohan!?"

"What!?"

"Who is she!?"

"Why do you care!? You have a boyfriend!!"

"Huh?"

"Yeah. She's...YOU!! But you already have a boyfriend. So...yeah."

"Gohan...I think--"

"Just forget it."

"No wait. Let me explain."

"I SAID FORGET IT!!!" he yells catching everyone's attention. Gohan angrily gets up and walks out of class.

"Psst. Videl. What the hell was that?" Mirai asks.

"Me? Boyfriend?" Videl wonders to herself. She then thinks back to the first day of school. She gasps, "Oh no. He thinks....Itachi. Crap!!!"

Mirai pokes Videl with his pen, "Dude. Its impolite to ignore people. Ya know?"

Videl jumps up out of her seat and runs towards the door.

"I have to find Gohan!!!"
