Tubbo POV

"DREAM WHATS GOING ON? WHY IS IT EMPTY? WE HAD A DEAL! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS, YOU BITCH!", I snapped my head around, hearing Tommy's voice echo throughout the cave. I looked over at Sapnap and George, unsure of what to do. I took a step forward to try to calm Tommy down, but someone pulled on my shirt. I looked over my shoulder, seeing George shake his head. I obliged, stepping back behind them. 

Tommy had grabbed the front of Dream's hoodie, sticking his finger into Dream's face, "We had a deal! Why is the cave empty?!" Tommy threatened, tightening his grip on the green fabric. 

Dream held up his hands, "We still have a deal, Tommy. It seems they left the cave. I've told you everything I know, so you'll need to pay up." Tommy roared, bringing back his sword to strike Dream. Dream held up his own axe to block Tommy's blade, and a clang of metal rang through the air. Birds flew off nearby branches, frightened by the sudden noise. I backed up near the edge of the cliff, this was about to get messy and I didn't want to be in the middle of it. Sapnap and George rushed over, pushing me aside and nearly pushing me off the edge. Rude much? Dream struggled to push Tommy off, Tommy was spewing curses left and right, Sapnap and George prying the two apart, it all seemed to happen in slow motion as I heard a small 'crunch' from down below.

I looked down the side of the hill, but saw nothing but dirt and leaves. I looked into the forest, squinting to try and see through anything the dark green leaves and long branches. There! The edge of a black cloak, flapping in the wind and the white tail of a horse. 

"Guys! Stop it! I saw them, I saw them!" I yelled over the ringing of blades and shouting. Everyone froze, looking up at me with wide eyes, except Dream of course. Tommy let go of Dream, pulling away from Sapnap's grasp on his shirt. 

"What do you mean? Where?" Tommy asked as he ran over to where I was, taking his turn to look into the forest. Everyone else followed, crowding the edge of the path to try and get a single glimpse of mysterious person. But they were gone, lost in the countless trees. 

"I saw their black cloak, like Dream said. Their horse too! They were heading straight into the middle of the forest, they couldn't have gotten far, c'mon!" I said, motioning my hand for them to follow. I ran down the hill, but got pulled back yet again. 

It was Dream, he grabbed my collar and said, "Wait, Tubbo don't get ahead of yourself. We have no idea of what they are capable of and it would be stupid to just run at them. I suggest we find them, then surround. If we leave no escape path, then they'll be trapped and we can get the information we need." I looked at everyone's face, they seemed to agree, even Tommy! What? It's literally one person, I don't know what Dream is so worried about, but I wouldn't question him this time. PvP was his thing, not mine. 

"Alright, then. Sorry, I didn't mean to jump the gun like that." I apologized and walked to Tommy's side. He gave a small smile and put his sword back into its sheath. I had a hard time reading Tommy's expression, he had given me a smile but his eyebrows were furrowed as if he was still glaring at Dream. It didn't really matter anymore though, I had found the person we were looking for! We went down the rocky hill, careful to not slip and fall. Getting to the bottom, I took the lead and headed towards the middle of the forest. I put a finger to my lips, making sure everyone stayed quiet. We weaved through the thick trunks of the dark oak trees, trying out best to not step on anything that could make a noise. 

I froze, making everyone else stop walking. I pointed just in front of me, there they were just as Dream described. A long black cloak covering every inch of their body, a wooden bow slung across their shoulder, and they holding on to a lead, walking their horse. Even though Dream had said this, their height surprised me. They were short, probably 5 feet tall or even less! Their back was facing us, so I couldn't see their face. But, for some odd reason, I felt my stomach drop. My knees began to shake, wanting to give out. I had felt this feeling when I met Schlatt. I realized it was simply their presence that frightened me. It felt like there was a pulsating darkness surrounding them, like if I got too close I would be dead within seconds. The person didn't even look at me, or notice me! Why was this happening? I looked up at Tommy, he simply glared down the cloaked person. I took a deep breath, trying to get rid of funny feeling in the pit of my stomach. 

Dream nodded at me and everyone went off in different directions, hiding behind trees and bushes. Tommy followed me, mimicking my steps. I could see Sapnap through the foliage out the corner of my eye, he stared straight ahead holding his netherie sword ready. I swallowed the lump in my throat and continued to sneak behind the cloaked person. Tommy sped up, trying to get to the front side of the person. I kept my pace steady, not wanting to create a disturbance but I was also terrified. The silence was deafening, only hearing the soft footsteps and the snap of fabric from the person we were pursuing. My breathing became quick and short. My heart was beating out of my chest, my legs becoming shaky.(moms spaghetti lol) A shivering chill went down my spine as the biting wind blew past me. I almost couldn't take it anymore, my uneasiness created a sickening feeling within me. Looking up, I saw Tommy hiding behind a tree. He smiled at me and took out his sword, signaling me to do the same. I took my sword out of its sheath and my nerves began to dissipate. I smiled back and put my right foot in front of my left, getting into a fighting stance. Tommy began to mouth the countdown, "One, two, thr-"

The cloaked person stopped walking.

"I know you are all there. Now come out before I find you myself. I'll give you 5 seconds."

Then they turned their hooded head to look straight at me.
