~Luke~
After my talk with Kota, I tell her to meet us in the garage. I needed to talk and explain things out with her. When we got back, Alex and Reggie teased me about Kota. I honestly don't know why but go off I guess. I see her poof in. "Hey Luke!" She says while running to me to give a hug. "Hi Kota!" I say hugging her back. "Hey boys." She says waving at Reg and Lex. "Hiya Kota!" Reggie says going to give a hug.
We all talk for a bit before me and Kota leave to go somewhere. I poof us into Julie's treehouse. I flip the switch to turn the lights on. The colorful Christmas lights fill the room, making it feel warm and safe. I explain almost the whole story of how we met Julie and how the band started.
"Woah." She says while looking at me. I stare into her eyes. They have the same golden sparkles as Julie's. I can only focus on them. "Your eyes remind me of her. They are the same color and have the golden specks in them." I blurt out. "Well that will make it easier for me to do this." She says while giving me a quick peck.
When we were at the cafe, we decided to only 'peck' if we needed too. I didn't feel the need to though? If I am being honest, I haven't had my first real kiss, this is just a stage kiss, right? I didn't really feel anything.
"Ha, I guess so." I say grinning at her. " What the heck." I turn around and see Julie standing there. "Jules! How long were you standing there?" I say getting up from the beanbag. "Long enough to see you two lock lips." She said sternly. "Who even is this girl?" She continues. "Oh, sorry Julie. I am Dakota, you can call me Kota though." Kota says holding out her hand to shake. "I don't care?" Julie snapped.
"Why and how are you even up here?" She asks. "Oh, one night I found this place and I thought it was cool and-"I get cut off. "SO YOU THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO BRING RANDOM GIRLS UP HERE?" She screams. "I-i should get going. Bye Luke, bye Julie." Kota says before poofing out. "SHES A GHOST?? I should've known." Julie says looking down.
"Why do you even care? I mean you have Rick so." I say looking directly back at her. "That doesn't mean you should bring her to MY treehouse." Julie yelled while stomping over to me. "I am sorry Julie." That's all I could say for right now.
Julie starts screaming at me. It reminded me of my mom. Their tones in their voices matched perfectly. I start to zone out. I look at her with tears building in my eyes. Why was she acting like this? She never yells like that. "I am sorry Julie, but this is none of your business. You sound just like my mother." I say coldly. I start to choke on my tears that soon start slipping down my face. "Luke- I-" Julie says with her voice quieting down. "Save it!" I yelp as I poof out.
