The Student's Romance (Lawlu)

Six

The evening was perfect, they had idle chatter and laughter over sushi rolls, followed by a scary movie, which Luffy slept through. Law looked down at the small teen laying on his shoulder and smiled. He carried Luffy to the bedroom and laid him on his bed to sleep. Leaving the room Law walked to the balcony to smoke.

"This guy, Cora do you think I should just trust him, finally let someone in", he whispered to himself,

Staring off into the dark night sky Law remembered the memories of his adopted father. Smiling to himself he pulls another cigarette from the packet before sitting down on the chair. Lighting it he let his head fall back, he let out a breath of smoke. 

"Who's Cora?," asked a sleepy Luffy,

Law didn't move from his chair, he didn't even look up at the younger male, he sighed. Luffy walked over to the older male and laid on top of him, he placed his sleepy head in the middle of Law's chest. 

"Cora? He was my father", Law said as he played with Luffy's hair, wrapping pieces around his finger at the same time stroking his back. Luffy didn't say anything in reply instead, he gently strokes a small figure of eight on his chest.

"He was killed by my evil uncle", Law continued, "They took me in when I was young, my family passed away from an illness that plagued our town", Law stop stroking Luffy to cover his face, he didn't want Luffy to see him cry. 

Law's tears ran silently down his face as he held in his emotions. Luffy looked up at the tearful man, hurt that he was in such pain. Luffy remembered how Law stopped his tears at the party. Stretching up to Law's face he took him by the back of the neck and kissed him, Luffy wasn't excepting Law to kiss back. But he did. Breaking the kiss Luffy wiped a lone tear from Law's face.

"Torao you don't have to say anymore if you don't want to", Luffy smiled, kissing him softly again before laying back on his chest.

"Torao? Don't know why you gave me a nickname", chuckled Law,

"Because it's cute", mumbled a sleepy Luffy. Law carried Luffy to bed for a second time but stayed in the room with him. Letting the small raven-haired boy cuddle into his chest he smiled, 'Never did I think I would be the cuddling type, this guy has me feeling thing I never felt before', He thought to himself before falling asleep.

**** Morning ****

Luffy rolled over with a sleepy arm, he stretched out seeking Law's warmth. After patting the bed a few times he realized Law wasn't there. Luffy bolted upright in a panic. Looking around he notices that he was still in Law's bedroom. Sighing a breath of relief he flopped back into bed.

"God I thought last night was a dream", he said to himself, "I wonder because of last night does that mean we are in a relationship?"

"Only if you want us to be", said a topless Law as he entered the room. Luffy's eyes couldn't help but traveled down his muscular body, memorizing every line, bump, and scar. Biting his lip his eyes traveled back up the man. The tall man was wearing only a pair of tight grey boxers.

"Like what you see Luffy-ya", smirked Law, causing a pink glow to Luffy's face. Placing the coffee's on the table Law cupped Luffy's face and kissed him, "So... Do you want to be in a relationship with me?", he asked.

"Yes", Luffy said as he throws himself at LAw, warping his arms around his neck, as they fell to the floor. Law wrapped around the teen before laughing. Picking him off the floor Law placed him on the bed. After coffee, they showered and had breakfast before heading to university 

**** At the university ****

"Oi, Morning~", shouted Luffy from the entrance, both groups looked confused seeing the pair together. Nami had a concerned expression which quickly becomes a cheeky smile, Sanji and Zoro didn't look overly happy, Robin smiled as she caught the young raven in her arms and the rest were slightly in shock.

"Erm, Luff? What's going on here", questioned Sanji,

"Why are you with HIM", said Zoro with venom in his voice, causing Law to move back,

"Torao? He's my boyfriend", grin Luffy, a pink glow come over Law's face as he said boyfriend, Law liked the sound of it and so did Luffy.

"BOYFRIEND!!!", the groups said,

"Y-Yes boyfriend", Law spoke up as he wraps his arms around Luffy, "Shouldn't we get to classes", he asked before kissing a nodding Luffy, "See you later Tarao", he waved before turning to his friends, smiling to himself he walked passed them, "We're going to be late", he said.

Nami ran to Luffy hooking her arm with his as they whispered about Law.

"I don't like this", said Zoro,

"Me neither", replied Sanji,

"Will you two stop it, Luffy is actually happy!", Robin snapped.

Zoro, Sanji, and Luffy didn't speak for the rest of the learning day. Not even at lunch. After the day was done Luffy said goodbye to his friends and headed to Classics class. But Zoro grabbed his arm. 

"Luffy look, I'm not overly happy with you being with him, we don't know anything about him. Yet now you're suddenly dating. Don't you think you moved on a little too quickly?", stated Zoro.

"No, No I don't", Luffy said as he pulled his arm away, "I like Law a lot and I don't understand why you can't be happy for me",

"I am Luff, I'm worried that's all", shouted Zoro,

"Zoro your my best friend and I love you but please, understand I actually really like Law and I want you to support this", Luffy said, looking at the floor he eye filled with tears.

"I'm sorry Luffy before I support you I have to say something first", Zoro took Luffy in his arms. Taking a deep breath and letting it out, he looked Luffy in the eye, "I'm in love with you Luffy",

Shocked Luffy looked at Zoro, turning away he mumbled, "I'm sorry Zoro-", 

Luffy's sentence was cut off when he felt a soft pair of lips placed on his. 

'Did Zoro just kiss me', he thought?
