Ananta pov
I flew strait for days. My only way of keeping time being the rise and fall of the sun above me. I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy it though. Flying through the air like this was peaceful and whenever I got hungry I would hunt.
Growing up in the country I would often go hunting with my grandfather as a child. He taught me all about patience and tracking. He was a kind man and after every kill he insisted that we pray in thanks to the animal. I smiled fondly remembering how we would sit together on-top a hill and he would tell me how everything was connected and Intertwined in true lion king fashion.
I kept up the tradition of praying for my food even now. It was a bit challenging to hunt as a gigantic dragon though. But eventually I got the..semi...hang of it.
Shaking out of my thoughts I noticed the sun was almost set casting colours of red and orange across the land. It truly was a different world in the sky. As the sky shifted from red to black I decided to call it a night spotting a small cave embedded Inside the hillside down below.
I spiralled down landing infront of the cave. I sent out some of my power making sure the cave was empty, and once confirming it was, I made my way inside. The cave was a lot larger than I originally thought, being tall enough for me to walk comfortable through till the end.
Finding some dry sticks in the cave I gathered some together and set them on fire. Yes, I could breath fire. I know I'm a dragon and all but i didn't figure out I could breath fire untill I accidentally set Rimuru on fire. In my defence though he was annoying me and had it coming.
I layed down wrapping my body around the fire. I didn't actually need it since this body didn't really get cold and I could see in the dark. But not having one just felt wrong. I fell asleep watching the flame flicker across the wood casting shadows that danced across the walls.
I wonder how Rimuru's doing?

The blue slime in question was currently sitting in the pretty elves bar after helping out his new dwarven friends with their sword order. One of the girls had pulled out a magic ball and was going to see Rimuru's destined one.
Everyone watched in suspense as the ball began to glow slightly and a blurry image appeared.
"Whoa look at those wings!" One of the dwarfs said when the image became clear.
"She's really pretty." One of the girls said as everyone agreed.
Rimuru studied the girl in the ball. It was true she was pretty, she also looked a bit young. And atop her back sat a pair of brilliant red wings.
"Got yourself a good one there pal."
"I can't wait to meet her!" Rimuru exclaimed.

I awoke the next morning to the sound of birds chirping. I groaned. I will never understand how people enjoy being woken up by a bunch of screaming feathers.
"Sigh. Guess I'm awake now, may as well get moving."
Slowly I raised myself up and steatched out my muscles like a cat. As I did so my tail flicked out going through the black ash from the fire before crashing strait into the cave wall.
"Not again!"
The cave rumbled and I quickly ran out before the cave wall collapsed behind me. I stood outside the cave feeling kinda bad. No one had been in the cave last night but I may have just destroyed another's home.
Honestly this body scared me. It was so big and powerful I was always worried about hurting someone or breaking something. Hopefully I'll be able to get a better grasp of this dragon body while I'm gone.
I sighed, hanging my head. "I miss my human body."
Suddenly my senses went on high alert my head shooting up. My guidance feeling was going crazy. I shot into the air hastily heading strait for the source.
I heard it before I saw it. A cry that seemed to pierce strait into my heart. My body moved in rapid haste overwelmed by the need to protect whatever being was making the sound.
I followed the cries my blood boiling hotter everytime I heard it. When I arrived at the site I didn't stop to see the situation. I landed fast and hard causing dirt to fly up around me. A roar escaped my mouth sending shockwaves tearing through the air scattering the dust.
My sences seemed to slowly come back to me as the dust settled. The anger stayed though as I looked around realizing what had happened. In front of me scattered and cowering was a group of what I assumed were humans. Most likely an adventuring party based on their clothes.
I tilted my head a tiny bit in confusion when the men didn't move, staring at me with wide eyes. Then I realized what had happened. Sometime during my approach I had grown to my full height and all my mana was released. I wrinkled my nose in disgust when one of the men released his fluids into his pants. Some adventures these guys were.
I pulled in my mana staying the same size and spread my wings for added effect.
"LEAVE NOW OR DIE!"
That seemed to bring them back to their sences as the scrambled to get away as fast as they could.
Once they were far enough away I relaxed shrinking down to a smaller size. Now more relaxed I slowly looked behind me to to see what the men had been attacking. Huddled together against a cliff wall lay three babies.
Dragon babies!
