             NARRATOR'S POV
The whole of the BLACK EYE SQUAD has been arrested, Hugh shot their gang leader on his back when he was him on top of Jasmine, the others tried to escape but the police walked in and arrest all of them, they couldn't fight back because they had no weapons.

Hugh pulled the gang leader off Jasmine's body, he was naked and he was in between her thighs, he was yet to penetrate. Hugh shot him few times in his chest till he died, he wanted to kill Jay but the police took him out before he was done with their, he wanted to go after him but he rushed to Jasmine.

Hugh carried Jasmine's unconscious body in his arms to his car, he ignored the police as he walked briskly to his car, Liam took the wheel while Hugh still has Jasmine in his arms in the back seat. She is not naked, Hugh took off his jacket and wrapped it around her.

"Please hurry." He yelled at Liam who is already in high speed.

"Jasmine please stay with me, I am sorry." He cried.

After everything, his love for her is still intact. He wanted to kiss her pretty face which has been ruined by the torture she has gone through but he couldn't, he is hurt. They have humiliate his woman, he found her naked in front of the guys and it's so much break his heart as he think of the horrible state he saw her in.

He thought they have had sex with her countless, and the thought of that breaks her the more, he is not perfect but she is and he wasn't after her virginity but that is what makes her more special than other girls and now it's all gone but he still love her. A tear drop from his eyes.

Liam pulled up in front of the hospital and Hugh carried Jasmine's body and ran into the hospital, he was running like a mad person, yes he was mad. The nurses met him with a stretcher on which he lay Jasmine on it, and chase after  it.

Jasmine gain conscious in the middle of the night, few minutes past  twelve, it's her birthday. When she woke up, she was surprise to found herself in a nice hospital room, was she dreaming? Her bruises was properly treated. She sat up and glanced around, the room look like a private hospital room, yes she was in the VIP room in MAURICE HOSPITAL, a hospital own by Hugh's father and she was in the VIP room meant for only family members. She is Hugh's family too.

Hugh made sure she was given the best treatment. His father came around to see Hugh when one of the doctors called to inform him Hugh ran into the hospital with a girl. When he saw his son state, he felt sorry for him and gave him a shoulder to cry on, Hugh broke down completely in his father's arms and for the first time in many years, father and son hugged and talked like adults.

While his father was driving him to his(Hugh) apartment to go and freshen up and come back and see Jasmine, who will be up in hours time, the old man started a conversation.

"How much do you love her?" Mr Maurice asked.

"A lot dad and when she was away, I felt like dying." Hugh said with much honesty.

"Then you should be ready give her some time alone." His father said.

"What do you mean I should give her some time alone, I can't do that dad, I have missed her enough already and I can't stay away from her." He replied.

"I am not asking you to break up with her or give your relationship some break, all I am asking you to do is to be ready to let her have her way, I have encountered similar problem and in cases like this, they feel they are not worth their partners." He said.
