Three months later Jasmine was sitting on her bed fully dressed in her mermaid silhouette white wedding gown.
Yes it's her wedding day.
She was ready to walk down the isle but she was nervous af. The door flew open and Zoe and Audrey ran in.
"Thank goodness Jasmine, the lingerie I ordered for you is just in." Zoe said, she was breathing hard. She took the pink lingerie from the plastic bag, showing it to her.
"I am so happy it is in, for a moment I thought we wouldn't be able to give her this special gift." Audrey added.
"Gosh! You guys are unbelievable, I am here feeling nervous and all you think about is one stupid lingerie I might not even wear?" She complained.
"Being nervous on your wedding day is normal and wearing a beautiful lingerie on your honeymoon is equally normal or maybe it's even important." Zoe said.
"Zoe is right, Jasmine." Audrey said and sat beside her. "You don't have to stop giving him sex and looking beautiful because he is your husband anyways, he still needs to see you looking hot and sexy and that will keep him home, I mean stuck with you forever." She added.
"Thanks for the advice bestie." She said and hugged Audrey.
"This is not fair, I am your bestie, and besides I got this for you and you are showering all the praises on her." Zoe said feigning annoyance.
"She is my bestie just like you are." She told her.
"Don't mind this crazy girl, I love you and I am happy for you." Audrey said and they chuckled, Jasmine felt a serious urge to puke all of a sudden, she ran into the bathroom. The girls exchange confuse glances before running after her.
"Are you ok, Jasmine?" They both chorused but she didn't answer.
When she was done puking, she walked passed them at the door and went to sat on the bed.
"What is wrong with you?" Audrey asked.
"I don't know, it's has been happening for a while now, I even made a mental note to go to the hospital for check up but I have been busy with the wedding preparations and all. I think it's just a fever or tiredness." She said.
"Fever or tiredness? When last did you see your period?" Zoe asked.
"Uhm it didn't come last month and it's yet to come even though the date it's supposed to come has passed." She said.
"Oh My God Jasmine you are pregnant." Audrey exclaimed.
"Huh?! But I don't feel sleepy and weak." She said.
"It doesn't matter, I think you are pregnant and you should get a test done." Zoe said.
"I have a test kit in my bag, let's get it done now." Audrey said walking towards her hand bag, after searching through it she found an unused pregnancy test kit and walked back to them.
"Do you know how to use it?" She asked and Jasmine nodded.
"Go to the bathroom and do it fast."
She walked out of the bathroom smiling happily, she rubbed her palm on her stomach which was flat as a board.
"I am going to be a mother." She announced.
"Oh My God, this is the best news ever, you found out you are pregnant on your wedding day? How happy can this day get." Zoe said.
"You are so lucky Jasmine, congratulations." Audrey said.
"Hugh is going to be very happy if he finds out I am pregnant, he is always talking about kids for the past two months." Jasmine said.
"I am going to be the godmother of that beautiful baby girl." Audrey said.
"Huh?! No way, I am going to be the godmother because she will look just like me."Zoe said.
"I pray you will fight about who needs to change her diapers too." She said.

Jasmine was walked down the isle by one of Mr Maurice's friends and her two friends as her maids of honor Jasmine took careful nervous steps with a dry smile on her face. When Hugh saw her, he drooled over her perfectness, her dress fit perfectly, showing all her curves, Liam whispered something to him and he smiled. Liam is his best man.
The wedding ceremony commenced and it was time to say their vows and exchange wedding bands.
"Say this after me." The grey headed priest said.
"I Hugh Maurice tell you Jasmine Addison this everyday, but what better day to repeat it than today. You are the love of my life. You are my best friend. You're my love. You make me better. I promise to love you unconditionally through thick and thin and in sickness and in health. I promise to accomplish one of the greatest streaks any human could ever wish to pursue - to tell you I love you every single day for the rest of my lives(which by calculations should be around 36,500 more consecutive days if we live to be 130 years old)." Jasmine had tears in her eyes which was beginning to fall.
"I will always be by your side loving you and celebrating with you. I will always put you first and give you my absolute best for the rest of my life. I vow to listen to you. I vow to laugh with you and cry with you. I vow to value our differences just as our common grounds. I vow to put all my efforts into strengthening our marriage and give you the best of Hugh. Jasmine in good days or bad days. In rain or shine. I'll love you forever. I am lucky you are mine." He said.
"Say this after me, I......" The priest said
"I Jasmine Addison I love you Hugh Maurice because you are happy and adventurous and strong. I love you because you love your family and friends as fiercely as I love mine. Also. I love that your family has become mine and mine has become yours. You are my best friend and i am happy we are on the same team. You are the love of my life and you make me happier than I could have ever imagined and more loved than I ever thought was possible. You make me unbelievably proud and I promise that I will make you proud as your wife."
"I vow to listen to you. I vow to laugh with you and cry with you. I vow to value our differences just as our common grounds. Jasmine said.
"You may now exchange the wedding bands." The priest said. Hugh took the Durnell heart shape diamond ring and put it on her ring finger, Jasmine did same.
"If there is anyone here who has a reason why these two people should not be put together as husband and wife, speak now or forever hold your peace." The priest said, every living being present went silent. If a pin had fell, it would have sounded like a bomb.
He repeated again and there was another round of silence, when he was about to talk;
"I...." A voice said, all eyes turned to where the voice came from, it was Lyric.
"Bitch!" Hugh cursed underneath his breathe. Jasmine knew she was up to no good, but who even invited her.
"What does this bitch want?" Zoe muttered.
"You what?" The priest asked.
"Uhm.. I am late." She said with a evil smirk on her face, she spotted a seat nearby and went to sat down. Everyone heaved a sigh of relief.
"Thank goodness." Hugh muttered.
"By the power vested in me, I pronounce you husband and I wife. You may now kiss to seal your new union." The priest said.
Hugh took a step closer to her and carefully rested her palm on her cheeks, he kissed her passionately, like his life depended on it. Well maybe it did...
