soft smile

(MINJOO POV)

Her smile... I see it for the first time. The coldhearted Chaewon suddenly got erased out of my mind. How was it even possible that she lost this precious smile?! Who took her smile away?! 

My cheeks start to change. I feel that they are blushing right now. I don't pay much attention about this because staring at her soft smile is all I can do and think of at the moment. 

Chaewons smile disappears and a confused face is appearing. 

''Are you okay? Uh... Minjoo was your name, right? You are blushing'' she said with a confused expression. 

This made me hiding my blushing cheeks behind my hands. ''Oh sorry!!''

First she was the blushing one and now I am the one who blushes... how embarassing...

''No need to be sorry. Can I have your number?? We gotta find a way to plan the times we will spend together.'' she told me. 

I immediately remove my hands from my face. My cheeks are still blushing tho. 

She put out her phone and is holding it in front of me. As I should, I take a grab to the phone but something unexpected happens. I accidentally grabbed more her hand than the actual thing I am supposed to grab. All of sudden, my heart starts to flutter very fast. I am in panic but in positive panic.

OH GOD MINJOO STOP YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE PHONE 

I have realised what I am doing. I let her hand go to take the phone. 

''s-sorry..'' I have said while I am typing my number on her phone. After I had been finished with typing, I looked up to her and something surprising happened. 

Chaewon is blushing more than I am. Her cheeks look like they are about to explode- 

''Are you okay Chaewon?'' I asked and her answer was ''It's just.. you touched my hand..''

''I am so sorry! This was an accident I swear!!'' I told her seriously

''No.. it's not bad. It's just so amazing that such a beautiful girl like you really touched my hand. It is a honour!'' she said

She called me... beautiful?? 

No one called me beautiful before.. She is so nice to me I don't deserve that..

''Thank you so much Chaewon. You are the first one who says I am beautiful'' I told her

''I think people don't tell this to you because they are jealous. When I saw you for the first time, I thought my eyes are seeing an angel. I am being serious.'' She said this

I immediately said ''You are really too nice! Oh btw, are you older than me? I am 16 years old''

She started giggling

''What's wrong??'' I asked. What made her giggle like this... weird-

''It's just you are supposed to call me Unnie. I am 17 years old!'' She said

SHE IS OLDER?!?!?! SHE IS AN UNNIE??!?!?! SHE LITERALLY LOOKS LIKE A BABY

''How is it even possible that a 17 years old baby exists?'' I had said before quickly putting my hand on my mouth to shut myself up. 

What the hell did I just call her?! I CALLED HER A BABY OH GOD I HOPE SHE DOES NOT THINK I AM A WEIRDO

Chaewon seems like she got speechless. What have I done...

''Well.. let's just forget about it...'' I told her

She finally opens her mouth with saying ''Y-yeah... I need to go home now. Tell this to Minsoo please.'' 

''Alright! Text me when you arrive at home'' I said 

she nods with a soft smile and takes her steps to her home. 

I turned to the direction of the door.

Kim Chaewon... my heart goes crazy because of you.

Is it just because I find you cute or....?
