[CHAEWON POV]

Should I follow her? I don't know....
Being the daughter of a celebrity was always hard. I was never able to do things with my mother what "normal" people do with their mother. This made me sad but my father always made me and my sister experience a normal life because he wasn't a celebrity. He was a teacher at the middle school which Yena visited. When I got the message that he died due to a fire at this school, my whole world disappeared in front of my eyes. My sister and I suffered from this but my sister seemed like she suffered from this the most. Furthermore, it still affects her current life. She has no motivation and always isolates herself since the death of our dad. My mother wants to stop the lack of family love but she never has time. To put all of this into a nutshell, our family relationship has become very very worse.
And that all happened just because he wanted to save someone... and the universe brought me to this person...

But why? What is the reason??

"Fuck! I shouldn't have said this... won't you follow her??" Yena asked

"I... I don't know anymore... wait... I am so stupid! I have to find her! She has nowhere to go..." I said

"Nowhere to go?! What do you mean by that???" Yena said

I nodded immediately and Yena starts telling about the story

"Minjoo was a classmate of me and she never tried to become friends with one of us. Honestly she more seemed like to be scared of us. One day, she wrote a letter... a letter to me. She wanted to ask me for a friendship through a letter. One of the boys took the letter away and made fun of her. The whole class was laughing. Minjoo must've suffered so much mentally.. the boy burnt the letter and threw it away. The fire of the letter increased and the whole school was burning. Everyone escaped out of the school building but I noticed something. Minjoo had not come with us. I think she wanted to die in that fire... I felt so guilty so I ran back to save her. Your dad... he saw me running back and followed me. I tried to get Minjoo out of the building but she had lost the strength to walk by herself. Your dad carried her... but suddenly... a part of the burning building... fell on your dad and Minjoo. He threw Minjoo to me to not take her with him to the death. The broken piece which fell on him was too heavy, I couldn't save him... before he died from this, he was able to say his last words. He said "please be there for your cousins". It was hard to carry Minjoo. I don't know if you've noticed that she never participates at PE class. The fire has injured her leg so much that she isn't able to run without pain... I hope she stopped running right now because it must hurt a lot. Anyways, I almost didn't make it to get me and Minjoo out of the building but the fire fighters found us. Your dad had sent us an angel.."

I am so shocked... she has been so unlucky since the beginning of her life...

I can't give her the fault for the death of my father.

Wait... is that maybe the reason why the universe brought me to her?? I am thinking about Yenas words "your dad had sent us an angel". To combine my key theory with this...

"I have to find her IMMEDIATELY" I told Yena

"I don't know how this happened but I became very good internet friends with her without knowing that she is this Minjoo so I might know where she is now. She once said that when she is feeling very frustrated and needs some air of outside, she visits the ilgamho lake, let's check out if she is there" Yena said

We immediately step our way to the ilgamho lake

After a while, we arrived. But... she isn't here??

"That's it, I'm calling her brother" I said and took my phone out to call her brother Minjoon.

He answers the phone "hey sweetheart, what's up?"

"Where is Minjoo?!" I asked angrily

"Why are you so mad?? She is at home"

After Minjoon had said this, I hung up.

What is she doing at home...

"Yena, we have to go to her home." I told her and we went to Minjoos house

Her brother opened the door and tried to hug me but I pushed him away.

"I want to see Minjoo. Let me in." I said

"W-wait you can't! My mother is talking with her!" He said

"What about it?" I asked but all of sudden I hear an angry loud scream from upstairs

"What the hell is going on?!" I said

I pushed him away and took Yena with me to upstairs

I hear the screams from a room... I get closer to this room with Yena and try to listen to what the screams are saying

"HOW THE FUCK DARE YOU TO TELL YOUR FATHER ABOUT MY LOVE AFFAIR?! EVERYTHING WAS OKAY UNTIL YOU HAVE EXPOSED ME" This unknown voice said

A crying voice appeared.... "but... only for you... EVERYTHING WAS OKAY ONLY FOR YOU"

THIS VOICE IS MINJOO

Suddenly I hear hits...

"Okay that's it!" Yena said

"Wait, you've already saved her for once. Now it's my turn. You go and call the police please." I said to Yena and she nodded

I opened the door and shouted "HEY STOP WITH THIS!" But immediately got quiet with a shocked face when I had seen Minjoos injured and bleeding face.

"How... JUST HOW CAN YOU DARE TO DO THIS AT YOUR OWN CHILD" I screamed at her mother
