It all had hit you at once

You looked like you saw a ghost

"Mr & Mrs. DiNozzo im sorry but there's no heartbeat"

You felt your heart break into pieces

Tony had his face in his hands

"Um thank you doc" you said getting up and trying not to let anyone see you cry

"Cmon Tony" you mumbled

Tony hadn't said a word during the car ride

You sat on the bed and buried your head into the pillow and started sobbing

5 months had passed

Tony became more distant and honestly so did you

One night he was watching TV and you decided you both needed to talk

"Tony.." you mumbled, walking into the living room

"Hm?" He said, not even taking his eyes away from the TV

"We need to talk Tony"

"Mhm"

You reached your breaking point

You grabbed the remote and turned the TV off and threw the remote across the room

"Damn it Tony! We can't keep this up forever"

"Hey I was watching that!"

"Right so the TV is more important than your wife?!"

"Why do you hate me so much?!" You started crying

"I- I don't hate you"

"I lost the baby Tony! Just leave me. I hate you"

"Damn it (Y/N)!" He shouted and it made you stop

"Sit down" he snapped and you did

You felt his arms wrap around you

"Give me a chance" he mumbled

"I never meant to hurt you, I just felt so ashamed... of myself" Tony said

"Why are you ashamed?"

"I don't know. I never meant to hurt you (Y/N). I'm sorry for being distant"

"I'm sorry too Tony. I don't hate you"

Tony sadly smiled at you and he started to tear up

"We'll just have to try again"
