What they do when you're upset

Gibbs- He just hugs you. Gibbs isn't that good with things like that. However if he finds out it's somebody who made you upset, he'll have a "chat" with them

Tony- He tries to make you laugh, when that doesn't work he assures you that you can tell him anything

McGee- McGee is a sweetheart. He brings you a gift and you guys watch TV all night and talk with each other

Jimmy- He's also not good with things like that, but it makes him upset when he sees you like that so you talk to him about it
