Jason was trembling and he could feel the palpitation of his heart. He rolled out of his bed and rushed towards the door. It was enough of his nightmares and he was not going to spent a single second further in this house. He opened the door and rushed towards the exit but there wasn't any. The hall snaked no where. It was a dead end. The door was somehow replaced by much more impenetrable bricks. He touched them helplessly and felt the cold red bricks on palms. From the core of his heart he felt this was still a dream but his brain said it is not like that at all.
He landed his fist on the wall in the hope that he could hear the sound of wood, with the hope that his eyes were decieving him but in vain. Instead, he felt pain building up in his hands. He turned back and started to return to the lounge. He looked back to see if the door had materialized but still there was nothing save cemented bricks. He the same stair that were leading to the top floor and started climbing them. He landed in a another hall. The hall was also illuminated by the same source as downstairs. He wandered here and there but still nothing. There were no windows upstairs all had been replaced by bricks.
He then returned to the staircase and went above. But he could not again the mighty wall was bieng a hurdle to his only freedom. He went downstairs and saw a cellar which had magically appeared out of no where. He searched for a light switch nearby and finally found one. "Damn! Its creepy down here, why the hell am i really here in this f***ing house" He switched the light on and it gradually came back to life.
The cellar was dim and he felt as if he was having deja vu though he did not remember a single detail of his dream.
