Rove

Rove beetle

A criminal who goes undetected among the kingdom of Formica

They blend in seamlessly, appearing similar to most of the citizens. They're actually an assassin who is often hired to kill the citizens who reside inside the kingdom. They somehow are able to even talk to the queen and though she suspects, Regina still treats them like any other citizen. They're constantly entering and exiting the kingdom, which earns even more suspicion from those around them.

Atta

Ant

A short teen girl who works in the queen's fields. She's learning carpentry and is quite hard working. She has many siblings and she deals with a lot of stress, between working and needing to take care of her siblings whenever her parent's can't, which is often. Her mom is a nursery keeper and her dad is a royal guard. The only way she's able to unwind is through woodwork. She hopes to one day be an architect, and to help build the kingdom.

Regina

Queen ant

Regina is the queen of Formica. She's kind but strict. She's the lead of the nursery and sets the laws about the children of the kingdom. Idk her character isn't fully formed yet.

Macula

Ladybug

Macula is from the kingdom of Ladybirds, and despite the stereotype that anyone from Ladybird is actually very feminine, he is a dude. He's a traveller, and one of Rove's partners in crime. He's quick witted and a fast thinker. He hates the stereotypes that people often place him under.

Pavlin

Peacock butterfly

Another traveller, with a rugged appearance and a simple goal to have as much fun as his life will allow. He's often getting into trouble. He has a russian accent. He's a bit narcissistic, but means well and tries to help when he thinks something may be wrong. Also he's kinda gay. He's also a spy.

Kaiser (Kai)

Purple Emperor butterfly

He's the prince of Papilionem, a flowering kingdom full of nobles. He enjoys studying science and never has much time to explore the world, unlike many of these other characters. He's a little shy bean. He's also really gay.

Luna

Moth

An artist who lives a nocturnal life. She often has bags under her eyes, and overworks herself a lot. She doesn't mind messes and lives in the kingdom of Papilionem, in a small apartment. She's another friend of Rove and Macula, though she tries to stay away from crime.

Bellum

Assassin bug

She was raised in a war driven kingdom, learning how to fight at a young age from a slightly cruel family. She accompanies Macula and Rove in their crimes, and is often the tank in taking people down. She's wanted by several kingdoms and is constantly running from the law. She sticks up for her friends, and despite having a short temper and snappy personality, she never ever tries to abandon them and always tries to help in bad situations.

Ant Larva

One of Atta's many siblings, and her baby brother. He's a troublemaker and always finds ways to get out of punishment. He gets lost often.
