Hwasa came into her office in the after hours with a large cup of iced black coffee in her hand. The precinct is still under construction after the attack and thankfully despite being decimated the infrastructure is still intact, leaving not much of a reconstruction process. But that is the only good thing going on for her right now.

She has been burning herself out for the sake of finding Alexa. The reason is quite simple. Not for justice, but revenge. She laid waste to her precinct, tainting her pride as well as killing someone that has close tie to the one that can easily litters the street with bodies and blood.

She took her seat, looking at her table. Mountains of paperwork cluttering it, spilling left and right even on the floor. The assaults from her higher ups ringing in her ears. Fix this, find Alexa and bring her to justice or Lancer will cease to exist. She lit her cigarette, letting the stick burns without dragging on it.

"What went wrong?" Hwasa sighed, a sliver of tear rolling down from the side of her left eye.

"Nothing went wrong. That's just how the world is." A voice came from the shadow.  Hwasa immediately pulls out her gun, aiming down sight at the figure breaking out the cover of darkness. Hwasa's eyes bulges as she learns the identity of the figure. But Hwasa is not the person to be messed with, especially right now.

One shot, two, and then three. Three bullets discharged from the muzzle of her gun, penetrating the skull of the person and spraying brain matter and blood on the wall behind. Any normal person should be dead, laying still on the floor right now. But the one in front of her is not any normal person. Not even a human by this world standard.

"Ugh... I guess I deserved that...." The redhead cracks her neck, the bullet wounds on her head slowly closing up. Hwasa is getting ready to empty the clip on her, but immediately the redhead holds up her hands.

"WAIT! Wait. I might be indestructible, but I can still feel pain. Shot through the head? Way painful than breaking your hymen."

"What. The fuck. Are you doing here?!" Right now the dam of Hwasa's emotion is destroyed, the hurricane of anguish, rage, and longing hits her hard.

Tears bursting out, her hands trembling. Lily cautiously steps forward, slow and steady. Gently she lets down Hwasa's hand, taking the gun away and setting it on the table. Hwasa's sobs turns into wails, her knees weak and dropping down on the floor. A pair of arms wrapped around her, she feels the warmth enveloping her body.

"Hello, friend. I miss you..." Lily cooed in Hwasa's ear, hugging her tight. Immediately Hwasa pushes her away, baring her teeth at Lily. Anger slowly rises up her veins, darkening her already perfectly tanned skin.

"You left us! How dare you coming back as if it was nothing! You left me!" Hwasa roared. Lily crawls on all four, sitting across and close to Hwasa cross-legged. She takes a careful look on Hwasa's face, a faint, gentle smile formed on her lips.

"I know my sorry won't cut it, but allow me to say it. Sorry."

"You stupid bitch.... How dare you... You don't get to do that... You don't get to do that...." Hwasa sobbed, wiping her tears and snot using the back of her hand.

"I know... Here I am, crawling back on all four to all of you with sins in my hands. I don't get to do that, yes. But all I ask, my love, is one chance. One chance, to make it right. One chance, to set everything back again. Can you grant this lowly life that wish?" Lily took Hwasa's hand into hers, staring straight into Hwasa's watery eyes.

A moment of silence ensues, with Hwasa's weighing her options. Should her or should her not? What would Alice say? What would the rest of Dreamcatchers say? What would Wheein, Moonbyul, and Solar say? What would the Idle say? Most importantly, what would she herself say? Lily did not only left her sisters behind, but her friends too. Too many hearts were broken that day, and if one chance is what Lily is asking? It is not enough.
