"Wait, what are you saying?!" Della face grew grim.

"You and I have been there before. And I don't think that assault broke her down. Not when she is that hot headed. That face, that's the face of someone who got her entire pride and innocence ripped apart and spat on." Alice leered at Della. Della exhaled the air through her nose furiously, folding her arms, weighing Alice's words down.

"That's quite subjective, Alice. PTSD can occur to anyone that had gone through traumatic experience. Yes, rape is one of them. But don't you think she being assaulted inches close to death can deal that psychological damage too?" Della argued with her reasoning.

"Take into account Yeeun's personality and mental strength, Della. She's a tough one. There's no way something that trivial could destroyed her."

"Alice, you tend to forget not everyone is built like us. Some might appeared tougher on the outside to hide their weaknesses on the inside."

"Maybe you're right. But I can't seem to shake this feeling away." Alice shook her head.

"You're just triggered, Alice. Something that dark will never leave. I understand." She hugged Alice tight. The dark memory of that event began to cloud her head, making her tears fell from her eyes, staining Della's chest.

"They're gone. Keep it buried, okay? Don't let them haunt you." Della kissed her head to calm her down.

"I hope I am wrong... I really hope I am wrong, Della... Because if I'm not, there is going to be a bloodbath!" She sobbed into Della's chest, gripping on her shirt hard, giving her all to shove the memory back into the closet.

"I know, I know. Me too. Stop crying, okay unnie?" She pats Alice head. The unnie made Alice chuckled as she breaks the embrace.

"Unnie... Been a while since you call me that." She gave a small laugh, wiping her tears away. Seeing Alice like this made Della relieved.

"Unnie~~" She cooed, making her aegyo to Alice.

"Yah, stop it. Are you trying to start a civil war between Lily and Emma? What would you do if I fall hard for you?" She playfully hit Della's chest.

"Really? Me? Would you?" Della was amazed of what came out from Alice's mouth.

"You never know. I never been with a Chinese girl before. I might like the taste better." She winked at Della.

"Yo, that is so uncalled for! And you guys dared to call me a pervert!" Della slapped her arm, grimacing at what she heard.

"Anyway, thanks Della. For everything." She gave a gentle smile.

"Don't mind it. Anything for a family. It seems like Yeeun has calm down now. Do you think we should continue this?" She pointed to the house. Alice only can scratches her head, weighing on what they should do now. It was most probably be awkward to continue their questioning today with Yeeun being like that. It would be unethical and plainly rude to barge in.

The door of the house opened closely with Yujin peering her head out to check around. The faces on Della and Alice distorted into horror when they saw Yujin's battered face. She is about to pull the door shut before Alice holds it tight, forcing it open.

"Jesus Christ... This is bad..." She gasped, scanning Yujin's bloodied and bruised face.

"Leave. Please. I'll be fine." Yujin muttered under her breath. Della looked at Alice for what they should do. Instead of leaving, Alice closed the door behind her, hugging Yujin tight.

"It gets better. Trust me..." She whispered into Yujin's ear. Her words struck Yujin hard, to the point she trembled in Alice's arm.

"Please. Let me help. At least let me take a look on all your wound." She patted on Yujin's head, her voice gentle and motherly. Maybe the gesture is what Yujin needed the most at that moment she agreed at Alice's request.
