"- close to half a million civilians were killed in the invasion which lasted for about 15 hours, with the total casualty of civilians and combatants amounting to a million deaths, making this the bloodiest conflict in the history of mankind. No organization has made any claim, whereas the-" SuA immediately mutes the television, her face stricken with fear and worries. The same can be said to the rest of her group member, along to those in the recreation room.
"Lily...." Tears rolling down JiU's cheeks, with her hand covering her mouth to muffle her sobbing. With that amount of death toll, it is a no brainer for one to think that this is the end of one's friend or family.
"My sisters and her friends are alive. I believe they do. There's nothing in this world that can kill them..." Solbin clenches her jaw, her eyebrows furrowing deep. Adverse reaction compares to JiU, but it is understandable since Solbin had seen what the sisters can do, along with their friends.
"A little positivity in the time of peril is like a lighted candle in the tunnel of endless darkness. And we don't have to be thrifty in spending that attitude, especially now." Dami sighs, folding neatly the newspaper in her hand. Handong frowns at the statement, scooching closer to Dami.
"Dami ah, what do you mean?"
"I think what Dami is trying to say is we have to stay positive and believe that Lily and the rest can survive and win this war. Only with that hope will stay alight." SuA explains, she is about to pat JiU's shoulder to calm her down. But the images of Lily and Alice kissing before them flashes before her, making her pulling Siyeon over to take her place.
"Is there anything we can do to help them?" Gahyeon wipes her tears, her mind focuses on Lucy.
"Nothing... Absolutely nothing... And that is the most frustrating thing..." Yoohyeon throws her phone aside, with the news about the war playing in the background.

Day 3 of the Eye of Horus' invasion. After the bloody first day, it seems that Claudius and Seungri have disinterested to continue the attack. The most probable reason would be they are rebuilding their cyborg army, but only a fool would believed that. Every single one of the Kingsglaives knows that this is only the calm before the storm. And because of that, the alertness level of the defenders are at the historic new time high.
With Yaral now has fallen completely and free from the Eye of Horus' grip, the Yaralians are raising up arms and rallying under the Kingsglaives' banner. Led by Amaranthe, Agonist, and CL, a total of 25,000 soldiers enters the battlefield, reinforcing the lines of Eastern and Western Region. Not only that, the Yaralian answers to Kingsglaives call by providing them with supplies.
"Thanks for everything, Agonist. You're a lifesaver." Rachel hugs Agonist tight, which Agonist responds in kind. But Moonbyul on the other hand is chewing on her own tongue, watching the intimacy between the two.
"Hey, stow down that jealousy. Rachel's only shooting straight arrows, and the target is you. So you don't have to worry about anything happening between those two." Della whispers in Moonbyul's ear, teasing.
"I know, but it's Agonist that I'm worried about." Moonbyul whispers back, her eyes never left Agonist.
"I think she's straight. So calm down. Hey, Keres. We should start distributing the supplies. Agonist, you can coordinate with Suga. He's at the CC." Della grabs onto Rachel and Moonbyul, dragging them away. Before meeting Suga, Agonist orders some of her men to aid Della with the supplies.
"Let's go meet this Suga. Funny name, but considering these girls looking up to him, he must be something to be able to lead Kingsglaives." Agonist turns around, following one of the Kingsglaives' member leading her to the CC.
