"A queen will always turn pain, into power."

The three jogged back to the glade, panting as they did so. Once they walked back through the walls, there was a big puddle that they stepped through, causing it to splash onto Aifes boots, "Hey, what the hells goin' on out there?" Newts voice cracked. She slowed down her running and they spoke as they continued to walk forwards.

"Yeah, what the hell have you done now, Thomas?" Gally sneered. They have most definitely heard all of the walls falling down on them.

"We found somethin' A new passage we think it could be a way out." Thomas responded. Aife stood in the middle, Minho by her right and Thomas at her left as they walked further into the glade, the rest of the gladers followed behind them.

"Really?" Newt asked, clearly shocked at the new information.

"It's true. We've opened a door, something Minho and i have never seen before. It must be where the grievers go during the day." Aife said in reply to them. Zart pinched her side, causing the girl to playfully glare at him.

"Wait- Woah, woah, woah. You're saying you found the grievers home?! And you want us to go in?" Chuck asked in disbelieve as he picked up his pace to walk next to the older girl. She could hear the slight panic in his voice.

"Their way in could be our way out, Chuck." Minho said to the youngest boy. Chuck gave Frypan an incredulous look, the dark skinned boy only shrugged in response.

"Yeah, Or, they're could be a dozen grievers on the other side- the truth is! Thomas and Aife dont know what they've done, as usual!" Gally shouted, not thinking of his words as he pointed his fingers at them accusingly. Aife heard some of the boys suck in a breath and look towards her. But she remained calm.

Too calm for their liking.

Before she had time to reply, Thomas spoke up. "Yeah, well at least we did something, Gally. I mean- What've you done? Huh? Aside from hiding behind these walls all the time." The vein in his neck was popping out as he spoke angrily.

Then Gally responded in the same hateful tone, "Lemme tell you something, greenie, you've been here three days, alright. I've been here three years." He said as he held up his fingers dramatically to try and get his point across.

"Yeah, you've been here three years and you're still here, Gally! Alright, so, what does that tell you m-maybe you should start doing things a little differently." Thomas shouted back, Aife stood with a full blown grin on her face, not bothering to hide all of her joy at the Gally slander. Someone needed to put him in his place.
