Taylor's lips quivered slightly as she tried her best to keep from smiling like a giddy child given candy, her lower lip clasped between her front teeth while doing so. She kept the door open to the hall while she stepped all the way inside the now empty room, breathing in the subtle smell of old books, and another sweet, earthy scent from tea he must have brewed earlier.

Aside from the noise outside the classroom, it felt calm in his mostly empty room - though not nearly as much as it was in his office. Surly enough Taylor finds her voice enough to answer her professor.

"I said I would, didn't I?"

An implication of playfulness is noted in her voice, though too subtle to indicate any intent. She then walks further up to his desk, a couple sheets of paper held tight to the students small chest.

"I Umm.. rewrote the assignment. I made an entirely different thesis"

Her narrow shoulders lifted after she spoke, not even knowing beforehand that he would even consider re-grading the assignment for her.
