Taylor

While her eyes maintained a perplexed stare on her paper while Professor Drake corrected one of her slight writing mistakes, she hadn't noticed him slide over closer to her until she felt his hand cup her cheek. Only then did she truly realize just how close they were beside each other, shoulder to shoulder, thigh to thigh, and now as her chin lifts up to look at him, Taylor's whole body felt completely connected to his.

The young student briefly grazed her soft cheek against the palm of his strong hand, wishing she could stay like this for hours on end.

She hadn't put much thought into just how attracted she was to him, given her age and their situation it didn't seem feasible. Yet sitting beside him, as she gazes into his slightly darker eyes, the girl realizes just what these feelings she had been experiencing the past couple days actually meant... She was deeply, and irrevocably infatuated by him.

Without putting thought into her actions she lent in closer to him, closing her eyes delicately while her small but pouted lips invited him in, coaxing his better judgment into the dark side without her even understanding truly the consequence of action.

Marcus

Marcus truly had no idea what had come over him - his reputation was that of a serious, intense, and work-focused man, and although he'd had his fair share of relationships and heartbreaks, he was never really one to allow his rational side to be overwhelmed by emotions and fleeting passions. Yet here he was, gazing longingly into the eyes of a student; beautiful though she was, there was a significant age gap between them, and his position of authority over her made it both inappropriate and against the school's code of conduct.

As she brushed her cheek against his hand, he only found himself drawn in more and more, though his mind was running wild.

"Marcus, she's clearly interested too...just go for it...although if someone finds out, you're ruined...but look at her..."  He thought to himself.

As her eyes closed and she leaned in, he found himself wanting nothing more than to close the distance between them and feel the sensation of her mouth against his own. At that moment, however, he was suddenly hit fully with the realisation of how much trouble he'd be in if he took this next step.

With a quick, almost reflexive jerk, he removed his hand from her face and swiftly stood up from the sofa, turning away from her and clearing his throat.

"Ahem..." He paused, staring at the wall opposite them with an intense focus so as not to be tempted to look back at her - he was still on the brink of letting his emotions win. "Did you...have any further questions about the classes you've missed, Miss Taylor?"
