"This is not how I wanted to spend my weekend Sin!", Grey shouted. The wind in our faces cut our dialogue immensely so it was necessary to raise our voices. Otherwise we wouldn't be able to understand each other. "Keep your head down and keep going. We have to make it to the front of the train as soon as possible". The success of our mission dictated that we reach the the front car. I had a plan to get rid of our pursuers.

The moment we escaped the apartment complex we were instantly chased by more Corpus Industries' machines. We ran through some streets, alleys, bars, and then eventually got cornered near the edge of a rooftop. Luckily for us there was a railway nearby and an incoming subway to boot. In an effort to escape, we jumped aboard, and that is presumably how we got on this mess. All in all, the situation was escalating quickly.

"Tell me again why we can't just go inside?", he asked. "We may endanger the denizens onboard. We don't exactly want to give them a reason to hate us". Grey, having trouble holding steady, gave me one of his smiles. "Oh right. Then let's get a move on shall we? Those creeps are coming. I can feel it".

With the sun finally out, hiding ourselves was practically out of the question. How could we? We were two people standing on a high-speed train. We're bound to get out on the news or something. I was planning on it for my plan to be successful.

"Crap! Looks like they're sending in some guys! Looks like an Albatross!". He pointed up and to the left of us. A giant, hovering vehicle slowly descended to our position. It appeared from behind a skyscraper, like a tiger about to attack from behind some shrubbery. It had wings like a traditional dogfighter, but inside the wings were two rotors, keeping the airship stable and afloat. It's cockpit was squarish but was rounded off at the end. There were also twin mounted cannons near it's nose. It's body was wide and somewhat stubby, no doubt to carry as much Copyoids as it could pack. It's horizontal and vertical stabilizer were normal and comparative to most VTOL aircraft. "It's the same kind of ship I saw that day", I remembered. "Well, this will definitely get into the morning news. Huh Sin?"

I turned back and faced Grey. The boy's ashy hair still put me on edge, so I didn't want him to fight at all. Not until I knew what he was capable of. He had my bag slung over his shoulder still. Both of my drones were in there to make things less complicated. He held the shield tech in his right hand, so if need be he would be able to defend himself. However the moment he activated it he would be met with extreme air resistance, so I advised him to only use it if it was absolutely necessary. I held onto my blade, but it was deactivated at the moment. With these new abilities at hand I wasn't sure if I even needed it or anything else in my bag anymore. "First I'll see my capabilities and whether or not I'll need support items and such", I mumbled. "Having an ability like this may be a bad thing in highly populated areas, so I'll stick to what I know best".

The flying carrier tailed behind us, guns fixated and ready to fire. "You don't think they'll actually shoot at a civilian transport, right?", Grey asked me. "I would like to believe that they would not, but we shouldn't take that chance. Keeping moving forward. I'll cover us". Grey carefully ran in front of me. He nodded at me as he passed by and said, "You got it partner!". Part of me wanted to make Grey fight to test him, but there would be a time and place for that. There was no way that that stuff simply dyed his hair. But what exactly did it do? I had solve that question.

The Albatross hovered behind us, closely tailing the subway. It wasn't the only thing that followed us. A single, disc shaped drone was following us since the beginning of the chase. No doubt another piece of Corpus' technology. That was probably the reason they were able to locate us. "I should've been more observant. I'll take the blame for this later", I thought to myself. "I knew it was a bad idea to have stuck around after my failure. We're gonna have to leave the city. One way or another".
