A FEW MORE days pass, and Millie and Hope's friendship grows, as does Lizzie and Hope's.

Within that time, Hope slowly began to forgive Josie for all her past mistakes because she knew it had been due to Penelope's tricks and manipulation.

The first day the four of them had walked the school halls together, everyone was frozen in shock. Well... except for Penelope, who had been glaring at them.

Josie had just rolled her eyes at the brunette, Lizzie had smirked, Hope had glared, and Millie had smiled because she didn't want to dwell on the negatives.

Now, it's time for the twins' sixteenth birthday party.

"So I was thinking because I'm wearing pink, and Lizzie is wearing blue, you should wear purple," Josie says as she and Millie walk towards their bedroom.

Since Millie arrived at the school, she has been sharing a bed with either twin. But finally, two days ago, they had gotten her a bed of her own.

Millie beams. "Bi colours, I like it." She winks at her brunette sister. "But I like girls. Only girls."

Josie tilts her head before she smiles brightly. "Okay, then you wear pink, and I wear purple."

"No, no, no, it's your birthday, you wear pink. I'll wear the purple," the short blonde responds. "I'll save the pink for my birthday."

Josie grins. "Okay. I like it."

"Picasso," Millie murmurs and giggles at her own joke.

They enter their shared room, where Lizzie is skipping around the room, trying to figure out what she wants to wear leading up to the party.

"Hey. We didn't see you at breakfast," Josie chirps.

Lizzie spins around. "I'm too excited to eat," she replies, rushing over and tugging Josie into a hug. "Happy birthday to us! Isn't it a beautiful day for a party?"

Millie grins and pulls her into a hug as well. "I love that you're happy."

"Why wouldn't I be?" Lizzie beams. "Mom's home, you're here, Hope isn't going to ruin our birthday because she's actually our friend now. Everything is going like it's supposed to for the first time in forever!" She skips over to her bed and picks up two pieces of jewellery. "Okay. I need your help. I'm going for Meghan Markle tasteful."

Suddenly, the door to the room swings open on its own.

"Woot, woot! Happy birthday, witches," says the one and only Penelope Park.

Lizzie scoffs. "Oh, look. It's Satan in a crop top. Come to burn my world down?"

The brunette witch hums. "Retro. Princess Di before she got style. I dig it."
