"I am going to kill that disrespectful cow" Maria hissed, as her and the small group headed to the ceremony area.
"Now now. You can't say that otherwise the SWAT team will end up at your house", Zak added.
The rest of the group moved towards the back of the funeral hall and planned to stay well away from the corpse of such disgusting human.
"I don't care if he's dead - we are not paying our respects. Don't worry Allie, John's going to get what's coming to him", Maria sighed.
As the group sat in the back chairs another small group of supposed mourners hurried towards the back of the hall too. They all dressed in monochromatic colours except the tallest one in the group, who wore yellow trousers. It was odd, not the trousers but the group itself. Maria's group couldn't recognise any of them - mostly because they all had translucent veils covering their faces. The tallest one chose to sit next to them and the shorter person ushered the rest of them towards the back end.
"Do you guys know these lot next to us?" Lola asked.
"No. I haven't seen them before. They're probably Knight's family." Zak answered.
Hannah, the leader of the ceremony, began to discuss all of Knight's achievements one by one. As the she progressed through the list, her eyes began to well up in tears. Her voice spoke with emotion when she remembered Knight was behind her in his coffin. Dead. She glanced around the small hall, gathering some air to breathe in order to continue the ceremony.
Just as Hannah was going down the list one of the "family members" scoffed loud enough for her to stop talking altogether before facing the unknown group's direction.
"And who are you?" Hannah enquired, and now she managed to speak assertively.
The Media quickly moved themselves to the back circling the group who clearly wasn't part of the Blue Party.
A monotone voice answered, "We're Mr Knight's nieces and nephews. And the girl over here has a bad cough." The person pointed towards Lola. Lola turned around to growl at the accuser before deciding to conjure up a loud cough facing the liar.
After what felt like hours of fake tears, Hannah dismissed everyone with the front row leaving first.
"Who do you think you are?" Lola taunted the person who lied about the noise, whilst grabbing their arm with immense pressure. "Lie like that again and you'll see what happens to you." She dragged them towards the very coffin which had Knight's dead body, and the stench of the corpse was bad enough to make everyone sick. "That will be you if you try to get me into trouble again." Noticing the veil covering, Lola ripped it off to see a face looking down at the floor.
"Wow. What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be crying about your imprisoned leader or something."
The rest of the veiled group rushed to the scene Lola was making.
"Well. Answer me."
As she tightened her grip on the infiltrator, the woman began to vomit inside the coffin in response to Lola's threats and the horrible stench. Maria, Zak and Allie watched in shock as the body began to smell worse very quickly.
The veiled group grabbed Lola and collectively threw her onto the stacked up chairs, causing her to bleed on her nose slightly. The very group member which initiated the throw ran towards Lola repeatedly kicking her in the face. The infiltrators were none other than Riya and Mimi who were members of the Red Party. They had no reason to be here. Certainly not after Sally being taken by police.
Mimi accompanied the fiery Riya and also removed her veil before taking the injured Lola and placing her inside the coffin, afterwards locking the door leaving the screaming Lola inside of it.
"Now". Mimi laughed. "You tried to kill us all those years before and now you'll die."
The members of the Red Party ran off - this time without their veils concealing their identity. Maria unlocked the door of the coffin to see a sickly Lola crying as the smell of the dead body and the vomit was too much to handle.
Maria managed to get Lola out of the coffin and placed her on the floor as Lola continued to weep. Maria was deep in her thoughts. Part of her despised the Red Party and this was mostly because of Knight's brainwashing. But part of her wanted to be with the Red Party.
They had the best policies but the general public were so enamoured with Knight's policies that they never paid any attention to the thoughtfulness of the opposing party. They looked like they had freedom.
They didn't have people like John Bates.
But as she contemplated her friend weeping with vomit and the corpse smell all over her she felt a rush of anger building up inside of her. Perhaps Knight was right, she thought, perhaps the Red Party really were 'monsters who are far behind in development.' Perhaps they really were the enemy.
As Maria was deep in her thoughts, she turned around to see a short man with a camera in his hands.
John is here. He knows about everything.
John began to speak.
"Why is Lola crying on the floor?"
