Me and Nathan ran for a taxi as a flashmob ran after us.

"It's for charity, Tom'll understand, right?" I managed to breathe out.

"Of course, once you explain the truth." We jumped in the taxi and a flash of bright lights were shone through the window.

The whole way back Nathan held my hand and I rested my head against his chest. I knew I'd never be this happy with Tom. I loved Nathan, I'd fallen for him badly.

I walked though the huge mansion doors into the hallway. People were rushing around like mad and through the living room door I could see Siva, Max and Jay decorating the tree. I asked where Tom was and they pointed to the music room. I walked in quietly and saw Tom laying down a track. I'd never heard it before. He was singing it whilst playing his guitar.

He then looked up and said, "I'd been working on it for a while, but it only took a few minutes to finish it off! Hope the fans like it." I looked down and swallowed hard, I knew he was upset.

"Oh." I replied. I looked down and saw the lyrics. One line stood out to me and I knew what it was about.

'Must be crazy if I let you go, you were everything I need to know. Come back home.'

I felt a tear roll down my cheek. I felt so bad, like I'd literally cheated on him. Like we'd been together for years and now I'd ruined it. I knew how much this meant to him and the lyrics must have been so meaningful. I tried to hold the tears back but quietly choked.

"It's beautiful. You're so talented at writing, Tom." He looked down and I could see the tears appearing around his puffy eyes, showing he'd already been crying. "I'm... I'm so sorry." I said, so quiet he just about heard.

At that moment Nathan walked in and pulled us both in for a hug. He knew why we were both holding our breath, trying to think of something to say.

"I didn't do it to hurt you, mate." Nathan said, looking at Tom.

"It was for charity, Tom. We were asked nicely to do it so we couldn't really say no, unless we wanted to look bad. You know what the media are like these days." Tom nodded at me, looked down and then man hugged Nathan. I could tell this wouldn't end the fued.

"OK." He replied and me and Nathan decided to leave the room.

We walked out into the hallway and whilst no one was looking he leant in for a quick kiss.

"I love you." He said and I said it back whilst he wiped the tears from my eyes away.

"Meeting in the lounge now boys."

"Come on Jenny, you come too." Nathan said and I jumped on his back for a piggyback into the lounge. He sat we down on one of the sofas and ended up sitting on me. We both looked at each other and laughed. At the time our fingwers were interlocking so we quickly let go as Jay walked in.

"Thought you two hated each other?" Tom said, suspiciously, walking past.

"We do, we're trying to get along for you." I smiled at them. I saw the look in Tom's eye when he looked at Nathan. He was furious. I think he was starting to figure it all out.

"Guys, its Christmas. Shut up." Jay said and Max laughed.

Jayne walked in with some of the management and a giant white board with a marker pen. It had next year all planned out. A new album, cracking America, tours, gigs and writing. It was mental. I looked at in awe.

Siva leant over.

"Usual for us. We have one each year."

"Wow! Crazy! How long will we be in here for then?"

"A few hours, until the party. Management are sorting it all out." Siva replied in his cute Irish accent. I sat back and wondered what the future would hold for me. I couldn't stay here forever. I had my future.

I sat back and fell into a daydream. Nathan wouldn't want me eventually, he'd move on. He'd find the girl of his dreams and marry her, have children and live in a grand house just like Tom would. All the boys would and then Jay would find out about me dating Tom and falling in love with Nathan and disown me and I'd be alone.

No.

It was all too much for me and tears streamed down my face. I walked out quietly and shut the door.

I heard footsteps behind me and turned to see Nathan.

"Are you OK?" I shrugged and nearly fell over crying. How embarassing. He pulled me into his chest and kissed my forehead. "I love you. Don't forget that."

At that moment the door handle turned and the meeting ended. Out walked Tom and the boys.
