I woke up, or what I thought I had into darkness. It was practically silent here and there was no one around. I hadn't a clue where I was until a flash of bright blue lights shone in my eyes. Then, I was what it felt like 'knocked' back out. I lay of the floor, surprised I hadn't been hit by a car since I remember being in the road and closed my eyes. I didn't know where I was but at that moment I was spinning into  light. It was bright and very white.

I fell to the floor with a bump.

"Ouch," I said.

It was once again very quite here and I called around. The last thing I had remembered was Tom running after me and Nathan having to run after him. I guess if I hadn't have ran when I did, who knows what would have happened. I don't know what happened to Tom but for his sake and Nathan's, I pray they didn;t get hurt physically.

"Hello? Is anybody there?" I cried out with no response.

I walked around for a few minutes but there was clearly no one there. I sat on the floor and cried. No one would find me, would they?

Maybe I was...

No, I couldn't be.

Or was I?

Was I really... Dead?

At the moment a figure appeared infornt of me and headed towards my direction. I was terrfied. I jumped up and backed away but I had no where to hide. I had no where to run.

"Please don't hurt me." I said to the familiar figure.

"Don't worry Jenny, I'm here, I won't hurt you." He replied. The man took my hand and pulled me into a hug. I didn;t hug him back but I stood there, frozen.

"Dad?" I questioned.

"I'm here, it's me." I hugged him back and started to sob on his shoulder.

"Oh thank god, I thought I was alone. I thought that was it, you know."

He looked away from me and didn't reply.

"Jenny, look I need to show you something." My dad said. I looked at him confused, how was I with my dad. He was dead? But that had to mean I was too. Oh god.

Thoughts rushed through my head and I stopped as my dad took my hand.

"Dad wait. Tell me what is going on."

"I can't explain, you need to come and see. Someone told me to show you this."

I closed my eyes as a tear rolled down my cheek and soon I was floating next to my dad in the sky. I screamed a little and my dad started to laugh.

"What is going on?" I yelled and he continued to laugh.

Around a minute later I was stood back home in England in the lounge. I looked a mess, make - up down my face and I was still wearing one heel. I took it off and we landed, both feet on the ground. I was stood talking to Kelsey and Nareesha as the boys were still at the interview.

That night, I remember, I thought.

Nathan came back crying and Tom had kept him behind just after their intervierw at the Christmas party finished.

"Look, that night, Jenny. We looked over you so proud at how far you've come since the day we died."

"Thanks dad... Ugh, why didn't I move out of the lounge and go to see the interview." I said. "Jenny, go to the interview. Oh god, talking to myself."

"Don't bother, they can't hear you or see you." I walked over to a man at the party and poured a drink over him and laughed. This was quite fun.

Then I remembered what happened that night.
