The boys decided to hold a party at the house and I decided to help them out with organising it. Jay, Max, Tom and Siva had left earlier to collect some food, whilst I stayed back with Nathan.

Great, I thought, my chance to talk to Nathan. He was sat on his phone in the living room so I got us a drink, to be kind, and went and sat down on one of the leather sofas. "What are you doing then?" I said, trying to make conversation. That last time we had spoken properly was at least a week.

"Go away!" Nathan replied and I moved swiftly away.

"Sorry," I said and got up to leave, "you could at least ask nicely."

"Well I have things on my mind, I'm too busy to talk right now. Can't you just accept it?"

"Well yes, I guess."

"Good now leave me alone." I left the room and felt a tear roll down my cheek. Why was he being so mean to me, what had I done?

I ran upstairs as fast as my legs would take me. I went straight into my room and slammed the door, slumping myself all over the bed. I picked up my phone and went on twitter. My mentions were full of,

'Follow me please Jenny, you''re my idol!'

'Jennifer, you're so lucky to have a brother in a band!'

That's pretty much what everything said. I mean I'm only Jay's sister who doesn't have a mum or a dad, or a little sister anymore. And in the space of a week I had over 100,000 followers. I couldn't believe it.

A few hours later, after falling asleep I was rudely awakened. "Jenny?" Jay shouted from downstairs.

"Coming!" I said and ran down to him and hugged him.

"What was that for?"

"I don't know, you're my brother." He smiled and hugged me back.

"Right, now, you're going to help cook the food with Nathan whilst me and the other lads go set up outside."

"Yay! Thanks." I said sarcastically.

"Is there a problem?" Jay said and Nathan walked past Jay. I glanced and Nathan who gave me an evil glare.

"No problem." I replied and walked off.

Everytime I was near Nathan I went all shy and I felt shivers go down my back. I knew I had feelings for him but I couldn't tell anyone. I'd only known him a few weeks, if that! And he seems to hate me now. I don't even know why. Had I said something? I mean, I've hardly spoken to him.

I walked into the kitchen and started to prepare the party food. "Sorry, about before." Nathan said and I ignored him. I was still pretty pissed off at him for being so rude.

"You expect me to forgive you, or something?"

"Well, yes."

"No, no way am I!"

"Why? I've apologised, now you need to accept!" He was witty, sarcastic and clever.

"For god's sake Nathan, you really don't know anything about girls, do you?"

"Well maybe I don't, what has that got to do with anything?"

"You know what, I'm not even going to bother with you." I said, my voice raising above his. I picked up a packet of flour and threw it at him. It was open at the top so the flour poured out all over his head. We were meant to be using it to make cakes but I smiled at his new look.

"Good. That's a lot better. There's your next Halloween outfit sorted." I said. Nathan looked at me and then looked down. Had I really upset him? At that moment Jay walked into the kitchen as I stormed out.

"Jenny-" He said and me and Nathan walked out fo the room.

I was fuming. How dare Nathan speak to a women like that! He had no respect at all. I'd lost all mine for him. How did I ever think about liking him. I guess then I was just angry.

At that moment my door opened and Nathan walked in. He'd been in the shower and was only half dressed with a towel wrapped around his waist.

"What do you want?"

"I've come to properly apologise, if you'll accept it. I thought about what I did wrong and I'm coming to make it up to you if you will let me." He said and walked over to me. I was sat on my bed and Nathan started walking towards me.
