All I Want ~ Newt x Y/N

Gally had led us back to the camp in the outside of the city.
"Nope. Absolutely not, there has to be another way." Thomas says "Like what? You have seen the building! She is our only way in" Gally says I'm to focused on what's being said by then because I look over at Newt and he is completely zoned out and staring at the middle of the table. I walk over to him and place my hands on his shoulder which seems to break him for his trance. He's been acting a little weird lately and it worries me.. I just want him to be okay. I try to turn my focus back on the group "am I missing something here? This the same girl that betrayed us right?!" Brenda asks Thomas "What's going on?" Brenda asks Thomas "What? Are you afraid your little girlfriend is gonna get hurt?" Newt speaks up but his voice sounds angry. "Hm? This has obviously not just been about recusing Minho has it?!" Newt asks again and his voice still full of anger "Newt..." I say trying to calm him down but he gets up and breaks away from my embrace "what are you taking about?" Thomas asks confused "Teresa! She's the only reason Minho is even missing and we have an opportunity to get him back and you don't want to because of her?! Because deep down you still care about her don't you?! Just admit it!" Newt yells at Thomas while getting close to his face "Newt I-" Thomas tries to say before he is quickly cut off by Newt pushing his up against the wall "Dont lie to me!" Newt yells as he holds Thomas by this shirt. The anger in his voice made me jump back as it did the rest of the group. I run to Newt and put my hand on his back pulling him away from Thomas. His angry eyes break from Thomas and find mine, they now look apologetic and sad. "I I'm sorry." He says to Thomas and backs away into my arms. We both walk off together and go sit outside. "I'm sorry sweetheart.. I never want you to be scared of me." He was stutters out as he grabs my hand "It's okay Newt you don't need to keep apologizing.. this is all stressful.." I say trying my best to comfort him. Thomas joins us and sits down on the other side of Newt. "Could you give us a second Y/N?" Newt asks me "Of course.." I say back he kisses my hand and I turn to walk back inside.

NEWTS POV:
I didn't want Y/N to hear what I was about to tell Tommy.. it would crush her and I can't see her that way.. not yet. I decide to break the silence between Thomas and I "sorry about that back there.." I say while still staring down at my feet "Guess I can't hide  this anymore..." I pull up my sleeve to expose the purple and blue veins popping out. Thomas gets closer to me and examines my arm in it's entirety. "Why didn't you tell me?" Thomas stutters out "I didn't think it would make any difference.. all I know is WCKD put me in that maze for a reason..maybe it was to figure out the difference between people like me and people like you and Y/N." I try to say while choking back emotion. "You know we can still fix this Newt okay? We can.." Thomas says trying to comfort me "Dont worry about me.. this is about Minho, he needs us. If there is even the slightest chance we can save him and get him out.. we have to take it. No matter what." I say and look back down. Thomas looks off into the distance before saying anything back "okay.. I hear you." He responds after a few minutes of silence. He gets up to walk off as I pulls my sleeve back down. "Hey Tommy?" I ask "Yeah?" He replies "please don't tell Y/N this.. she doesn't need to know right now.. it will crush her." I choke out at the thought of even leaving her. "Okay.. I wont." Thomas responds before walking back inside. I sit for a bit more before walking back inside.

Y/N POV:
Finally Newt walks back in, I run up to him snd he pulls me into a tight hug he gives me a kiss on the cheek and we join the group again and talk about a plan and how we are gonna get in there and get Minho out.
We are gonna use Thomas to go into the city and make sure Teresa sees him so she will then follow him all the way back to our hide out and then we will use her to get inside the building. I can only hope this plan works, it's really our only option...

I'm sorry this is so short, it was just a little bit of a filler chapter and I feel like it was really heavy so I'm gonna end it here. These next few chapter are gonna be hard to write. Super emotional I feel like! I hope you guys re enjoying and will stick around to the end! 💕
