It had been a week since Emberly arrived back home. And things were finally going back to how they were. It was almost as if she never left.
A day after having the baby Everly was released from the hospital with Evan , and ever since she got back home Emberly and everyone else had been helping her.
And besides helping Everly with Evan, and getting ready for school to start Emberly was doing nothing other than spending time with Spencer.
Earlier in the day after having dinner at home, Emberly was in her room just about to take her shoes off when she recived a call from Spencer wanting her to come over.
Of course she came over, but not without letting Everly where she was going. It was quite funny how their roles reversed. Emberly was the one sneaking out, while Everly was staying at home with a baby.
When she arrived at Spencer's, he quietly snuck her in the house, because she was not suppose to be there.
In fact, both teens were suppose to be sleeping in bed now so they wouldn't be tired for their first day of school tomorrow, but instead they were spending their time together.
Emberly was now in Spencer's bedroom, facing the wall looking down at her shirt as she buttoned it back up.
"Baby, I promised you didn't hear nothing." Spencer says laying in the bed shirtless in only his shorts as he watched her.
"Mm-hmm." Emberly hums not believing him as she turned around walking over to the bed.
Emberly was convinced she heard something outside Spencer's door. Now she didn't know if it was Dillion or Ms. Grace but her mind went to Ms. Grace.
Spencer kept trying to convince her she didn't nothing partly because he wanted her to stay, but Emberly knew she was not tripping. She swore she heard something.
"And even if my Mom was awake, we never hear her coming. That woman is like a ninja." Spencer says as Emberly took a seat on the edge of the bed
"Oh, that's comforting," Emberly says grabbing one of her boots off the floor and sliding it on her foot. "No, I gotta get home soon anyway. It is the first day of school tomorrow. I can't believe we're spending senior year apart."
Another reason the couple was trying to get in their alone time was because they would not be going to the same school for senior year.
Of course, they would still be able to see each other since Crenshaw and Beverly was only a fifteen minute drive and back. Emberly didn't mind driving to Crenshaw, the same way Spencer didn't mind coming to Beverly.
But she was still bummed they weren't going to the same school.
"Yeah." Spencer groans sitting up in the bed coming up behind Emberly and moving her hair out the way as he placed kisses over her neck and back, his hands wrapping around the front of her, "I'll be missing you every day, too."
Emberly giggled from the ticklious spot on her neck where Spencer kissed her at as she leaned back in his arms.
"What if.."
"Hm."
"You meet me for lunch one time this week," Spencer suggests as Emberly looked down at her shirt as Specer undid one of her buttons on her shirt casuing her to laughs as she moved her hair out her face. "Maybe even bring some of those tots from the cafeteria."
"Oh, who you gonna miss more, me or the tots?" Emberly ask as Spencer kissed around the side of her face.
"I mean, you even gotta ask,"
