𝐓𝐖𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐘 𝐎𝐍𝐄

Back in Beverly after returning from Bringston Emberly was at the studio sitting in a chair talking to Layla who was sitting beside her as the two discussed Emberly's music and what was to come next.

The two had been at the studio for about 2 hours now, since they had just finished going through the tracks and making sure there was nothing missing from any of the tracks.

"So, still no name for your EP?" Layla asks turning off the track that was playing and looking over at Emberly.

"My what?" Emberly asks looking at Layla with a confused expression on her face, not knowing what she meant.

"Your EP. It's like an album but not an album. It's an extended play. Has more then one song but has fewer songs than an album. It's basically like your debut into the music world." Layla explains to her.

"Thanks for explaining that now. I've been calling it an album this whole time." Emberly replies.

"Well, EP, album doesn't really matter. An EP is still like an album just a short one. But you need a name. Unless you just want your full name as the title." Layla says.

"Nope. That's not going to work. And believe me I'm trying to come up with a name but this is hard." Emberly says. "I feel like I'm under the pressure of choosing a name, but I can't come up with nothing and if u don't come up with a thing then how will we promote it?"

"Okay, relax. Just take your time but don't take too long. Sooner we get it out, then sooner your name will be out there and then we'll just go from there." Layla tells her.

"Okay." Emberly nods her head.

"Uh, how was Bringston? We haven't had a chance to talk about it since you went there." Layla says making conversation.

"It was fun. I'm glad I got to see my Aunt, you know? Uh, let's see I danced in lingerie on stage in front of about 100 different strangers." Emberly says.

"Ooh." Layla says with a surprised look on her face. "Didn't think I would hear that coming from you."

"It was for a fashion show." Emberly tells her, "I met a few new people. And I might have made out with Spencer at the party. So my weekend was very eventful."

"You what?" Layla asks looking at Emberly in shock.

"Yep." Emberly nods her head.

"So, are you two like a thing again?" Layla asks.

"No. Spencer and I agreed that we got caught up in the moment and we weren't going to make a big deal of it." Emberly tells her.

Before she and Spencer returned back, the two discussed the kiss at the party and despite how they both very much enjoy the kiss they both agreed that it was "heat of the moment" type thing and they weren't going to make it a big deal.

"Okay, so why do sound so down when saying that?" Layla asks, "Is that not something you want?"

"I don't know. When I was in Bringston I had this list of things to do and then when I finished them I wanted to be with Spencer but Spencer is the one who pulled away and maybe he did the right thing. I mean we only just got back to being friends and I don't want to make things between us complicated again." Emberly explains.

"What were your list off things to do?" Layla asks.

"Well first, I wanted to fix things with Jaya. Every since she confessed her feelings for me, and the argument we got into at Friendsgiving we haven't talked. And my Aunt told me to just focus on what I want and my happiness. But I can't. The person I am I can't just not fix my friendship with Jaya." Enberly explains.
