Sitting on the floor with her head in her hands Mrs Lovett tried to contemplate what she had just done. For the first time in her life she just murdered someone. Blood was on her hands now not Sweeney's. It wasn't in her to kill and yet it seemed that maybe there was a side to her she hadn't discovered. What was she supposed to do now? What would she tell Sweeney?!

Jumping at the sound of the bell she watched as the barber walked in looking a little concerned seeing her on the floor "You've been up here ages Pet, what happened" he asked his eyes narrowed yet his tone almost soft as he walked over and crouched in front of her. He noticed the worry in her eyes and the shock for that matter...

Looking at him her breathing quickened nervous about telling him. Why? she did know but she knew he wouldn't be happy that she had killed this woman. Mary Bradshaw was somewhat a friend of his and for that she couldn't help her heart from hammering hard against her rib cage.

"Eleanore" his tone was far from soft now and for that she gulped and drew her knees closer to her body. "She told me you kissed her..." her eyes found his, her voice quite and timid nervous for his reaction.

Sweeney looked far from pleased almost angry. Yet again she was getting all jealous and possessive, it was grating on him now. "You have to stop this" he warned her.

"Did you!" She snapped regretting it instantly as he grabbed her shoulders harshly his eyes glaring at her in anger.

"No!" He hissed his grip painfully crushing her arms.

"Sweeney..." she yelped in pain before finally he let go and stood to his feet. "You keep this up Eleanore and I won't be able to take it anymore...." he growled lowly making her eyes tear up at his threat to leave her. She loved him, loved him so much...

"Why would she say it?" She whispered slowly pulling herself to her feet holding her now aching arms.

"You know what....tell me where she is and I'll put an end to this" he marched towards her razor in hand making her gulp and simply look at him. "I'm sick and tired of this, she's clearly lying to you and I'm threw with it now...I'll kill her"

"You don't have too"

Frowning towards her Sweeney couldn't seem to understand what she was saying. His eyes searched hers for answers yet he couldn't brake through her gaze to work out what she was trying to tell him.

"I saw red...when she told me ya shared a kiss in the park she was seated in ya chair....I pressed me foot on the leaver an..."

"Killed her" Sweeney cut in watching as she nodded in shame.

To be honest Sweeney didn't care all that much, he liked Mary but by the sounds of things she was causing trouble for Nellie. He didn't want her being distressed and so he couldn't be mad at her...

"Better get rid of her body before Johanna comes home" he mumbled casually before walking towards the door leaving her to rush on behind him.

Picking up her skirts she hurried down the stairs behind him not saying a word. He didn't act like she had imagined at all which to her was a great relief. Her eyes scanned the street noticing today was quite busy with people...she really should get her shop open on a day like to day...money didn't grow on trees after all.

As they walked into the shop Mrs Lovett could feel her nerves getting a hold of her. She still hadn't quite come to terms with what she had done, and seeing Mary's dead body laying on the floor of her bakehouse was sure to give her a twinge of guilt. True, she she didn't like the woman, but she still wasn't as murderer! It didn't feel quite right somehow that they were going to get rid of a dead body caused by her hands...
