In this one-shot is about if instead of Lorelai just telling Rory that Jess was gone but what if Luke did it, but what if she already knew?! (No one's POV)
Luke knocked on Rory's door and Rory opened the door of her room.
"Hey, Rory. Could I talk to you for a minute"? Luke answered her.
"Sure. Come on in", Rory said, holding her room door open more.
Luke walked in and Rory closed her room door.
"What's up"? She asked.
Luke sighed and looked down at his feet. He didn't want to tell her, but he knew he had to eventually.
He looked up and looked at Rory and said, "He's gone, Rory. I'm so sorry".
"It's okay. I know I already saw him", Rory said.
"What? How"? Luke answered, very confused.
"I saw him on the bus on the way home", Rory said.
"Oh, okay", Luke said. Then after a little while of silence, he looked at her and asked her. "Are you okay"?
Rory looked at him and nodded.
Luke smiled at her and said, walking toward the door, "I'll see you later". Luke opened the door.
Rory looked at him and said "Yeah, see you".
Luke walked though the door and closed it.
